BERAKAS GARISSON, Tuesday, 11 May 2021 – Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) has held a Khatam Al-Quran ceremony at all RBLF camps to mark the completion of Tadarus Al-Quran in the month of Ramadhan 1442H.
Present as the guest of honour for the ceremony held at Surau Al-Fa'izun, Berakas Garrison was Yang Mulia Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of RBLF. Also present were the Deputy Commander of RBLF, Senior Officers, Officers, RBLF personnel. Similar ceremonies were also held at various RBLF camps attended by the respective Commanding Officers.
This year's Khatam Al-Quran ceremony gathered more than 50 Al-Quran readers from all RBLF camps who have been performing daily recitals of Al-Quran since the beginning of Ramadhan to grace the holy month. The event commenced after performing the mass Zohor prayer with the recitation of Surah Ad-Dhuha until Surah An-Nas, followed by Takhtim and Dikir Marhaban. The event then preceded with the presentation of bunga telur to participants of the Khatam Al-Quran and concluded with Doa Khatam Al-Quran and Doa Kesyukuran.
The annual Khatam Al Quran during the month of Ramadhan is aimed to inculcate a sense of community among the personnel of the RBLF through religion and to strengthen character development through the complete recitation of 30 juzu' of the Al-Quran. This practice is in line with the aspiration of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam to encourage education and literacy in Al-Quran.
TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI ADAKAN MAJLIS KHATAM AL-QURAN SEMPENA PENUTUPAN TADARUS AL-QURAN RAMADAN 1442 HIJRAH
BERAKAS GARISON, Selasa, 11 Mei 2021 – Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Khatam Al-Quran sempena penutupan Tadarus Al-Quran bagi bulan Ramadan 1442 Hijrah bertempat di semua perkhemahan TDDB
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat bagi majlis yang telah diadakan di Surau Al-Fa'izun, Berakas Garison ialah Yang Mulia Brigedier Jeneral Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah TDDB. Turut hadir di majlis tersebut adalah Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-Pegawai, dan anggota TDDB. Majlis yang sama juga turut diadakan secara serentak di semua perkhemahan TDDB dengan dihadiri oleh Pegawai-pegawai Pemerintah.
Majlis Khatam Al-Quran pada tahun ini telah mengumpulkan seramai lebih 50 pembaca Al-Quran yang terdiri daripada anggota-anggota TDDB dari semua perkhemahan yang telah pun membaca Al-Quran sepanjang bulan Ramadhan bagi meraih pahala di bulan yang suci ini. Majlis dimulakan sejurus selesai Solat Fardhu Zohor dan kemudian diteruskan dengan bacaan Surah Ad-Dhuha hingga Surah An-Nas, bacaan Takhtim dan laungan Dikir Marhaban beramai-ramai. Majlis kemudian diteruskan dengan penyampaian bunga telur kepada semua pembaca-pembaca Khatam Al-Quran. Majlis di akhiri dengan Doa Khatam Al-Quran dan Doa Kesyukuran.
Majlis Khatam Al-Quran secara tahunan pada Bulan Ramadan dilaksanakan adalah bertujuan untuk memupuk nilai kemasyarakatan di kalangan warga TDDB melalui pembacaan Al-Quran 30 juzu'. Amalan ini bertepatan dengan aspirasi Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam demi meningkatkan pendidikan dan pengetahuan serta celik Al-Quran.
