| EXERCISE MALLEE BULL 2026 FLAG HANDOVER CEREMONY | BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 19 June 2026 – The Flag Handover Ceremony for Exercise MALLEE BULL 2026 was held at the Royal Brunei Land Forces Headquarters (RBLF HQ), Berakas Garrison. A total of three officers and 37 personnel from the First Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Forces (1Bn RBLF) will participate in the exercise, which will be conducted at Lavarack Barracks, Townsville, Queensland, Australia from 24th June to 3rd July 2026. Brigadier General Aldi bin Haji Hassan, RBLF Commander, officiated the handover of the Brunei Darussalam Flag to Major Muhammad Nasyrul Wafiy bin Haji Mahdini, Officer Commanding of 'B' Company, 1Bn RBLF, who will lead the Brunei Darussalam contingent for Exercise MALLEE BULL 2026.

| BASIC CLERK COURSE SESSION 2026 CONCLUDES | PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 18 June 2026 – Headquarters Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF HQ) successfully conducted the Basic Clerk Course Session 2026 over a period of five weeks from 15 May to 18 June 2026. The closing event was held at Al-Wafrah Dining Hall, Field Headquarters Company (Field HQ Coy), RBLF, Penanjong Garrison and was officiated by Major Masmun bin Haji Kassim, Assistant Chief of Staff Training (G7), Headquarters RBLF. Also present were officers and course instructors. A total of 40 personnel participated in the course, comprising personnel from various units within RBLF, namely RBLF HQ, 1Bn RBLF, 2Bn RBLF, 3Bn RBLF, Combat Service Support RBLF (CSS RBLF), and Royal Guard Regiment RBLF (RGdR RBLF).

| GOLF CLASSIC TOURNAMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH RBLF 64th ANNIVERSARY | PANTAI MENTIRI GOLF CLUB, Saturday, 13th June 2026 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) held a Golf Classic Tournament at Pantai Mentiri Golf Club in conjunction with the RBLF 64th Anniversary. Joining in the tournament was Brigadier General Aldi bin Haji Hassan, Commander RBLF.

| RBLF PARTICIPATES IN EXERCISE TEMPEST EXPRESS 41/2026 | MANILA, REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, Friday, 12th June 2026 – Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammed Airul Wizam bin Haji Ahmad from the Field Headquarters, Royal Brunei Land Forces (Field HQ RBLF), together with Major Mohammad Za'im bin Haji Zainal Arifin from the Joint Force Headquarters, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) represented the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) in Exercise Tempest Express 41/2026 (TE 41/2026), held from 3rd to 12th June 2026 in Manila, Republic of the Philippines. TE 41/2026 is a staff planning exercise workshop focusing on joint crisis operational planning, humanitarian assistance operations, and multinational interoperability among members of the Multinational Planning Augmentation Team (MPAT).

| CLOSING EVENT FOR INTERMEDIATE ENGINEER COURSE | PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 12 June 2026 – The closing event of the Intermediate Engineer Course was held at the Parade Square, Combined Arms Training Centre Headquarters (CATC HQ), Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) in Penanjong Garrison. A total of 15 participants completed the course, comprising personnel from the Assault Pioneer Platoons of the First Battalion (1Bn), Second Battalion (2Bn) and Third Battalion (3Bn) RBLF, as well as the Engineer Regiment (Engr Regt) RBLF. The course was conducted over 10 weeks from 3rd April 2026 to 12th June 2026 by the Basic Engineer Wing, School of Engineers, CATC. The event was officiated by the Acting Commandant of CATC.
