| | | | 12/28/2025 10:01 AM | BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 26th December 2025 – A Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony was held at Surau Ad-Difa', Bolkiah Garrison, to commemorate the safe return of a total of 29 personnel of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), who had successfully completed their deployment with the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) under the Malaysian Battalion (MALBATT) 850-12. The RBAF contingent, comprising three officers and 26 other ranks - including 15 personnel from the Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF), was led by Major Pengiran Muhammad Syahir Fadillah bin Pengiran Salleh from the RBLF. The contingent completed a one-year peacekeeping deployment and returned safely to Brunei Darussalam on 5th December 2025, demonstrating the RBAF's leadership role and strong commitment in international peacekeeping operations.

Meanwhile, the EPC for Exercise RINTIS BERSAMA (XRB) 25/2025 was held on a separate occasion at the Engineer Regiment (Engr Regt) Headquarters in Penanjong Garrison, led by Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Ghazali, who is also the Commanding Officer of the RBLF Engr Regt, and Major William Kuek Wei Liang, Staff Officer Operations (S3), 38th Singapore Combat Engineers (38 SCE).
