REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Saturday, 4th October 2025 – Two personnel from the Third Squadron, Engineer Regiment, Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF), had successfully completed the Engineer Pioneer (Plant) Course conducted by the Engineer Training Institute (ETI) at Nee Soon Camp, Republic of Singapore, from 18th August to 3rd October 2025.
The main aim of the course is to train soldiers to operate and maintain plant equipment as well as assets to support combat operations. This course focuses on developing the specialised skills necessary to deploy earth-moving and construction machinery to enhance the combat engineers' core capabilities, such as Mobility, Counter-Mobility, and Survivability. The course participants were introduced to the fundamentals of excavator operations, covering operational procedures, pre-operation safety inspections, and basic excavation techniques. Participants also underwent emergency drills designed to enhance their readiness in responding to machinery malfunctions and hazardous situations. The course was attended by Private Muhammad Afif bin Anuar@Awang Zainal and Private Mohammad Nurariffin bin Mohammad Hussain.

ANGGOTA TDDB MENAMATKAN KURSUS ENGINEER PIONEER (PLANT)
REPUBLIK SINGAPURA, Sabtu, 04 Oktober 2025 – Dua anggota Squadron Ketiga Rejimen Jurutera Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (RJ TDDB) telah telah berjaya menamatkan Kursus Engineer Pioneer (Plant) yang dikendalikan oleh Institut Latihan Jurutera di Kem Nee Soon, Republik Singapura, dari 18 Ogos hingga 3 Oktober 2025.
Tujuan utama kursus ini adalah untuk melatih anggota tentera dalam mengendalikan dan menyelenggara jentera bagi membantu operasi tempur. Kursus ini memberi tumpuan kepada pembangunan kemahiran khusus yang diperlukan dalam menggunakan jentera bergerak dan pembinaan bagi meningkatkan keupayaan teras jurutera tempur, seperti Mobiliti, Counter-Mobility, dan Kedayatahanan. Para peserta kursus turut didedahkan kepada pengendalian jentera jengkaut yang meliputi prosedur operasi, pemeriksaan keselamatan pra-operasi, serta teknik asas penggalian. Peserta kursus juga menjalani latihan kecemasan yang direka untuk meningkatkan kesediaan mereka dalam tindak balas terhadap kerosakan jentera dan semasa situasi berbahaya. Kursus tersebut telah dihadiri oleh Soldadu Muhammad Afif bin Anuar@Awang Zainal dan Soldadu Mohammad Nurariffin bin Mohammad Hussain.
