BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 28th February 2025 – A total of 25 Newly Commissioned Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) Officers from the Officer Cadet School Intake 23 had successfully completed the Induction Programme, with the closing event held at Officers' Mess, Berakas Garrison. The five-day programme, which commenced on 25th February 2025 until 28th February 2025 was organised by the Dental Services and Medical Services RBLF.
The induction week includes various programme such as briefings on the Roles and Responsibilities of RBLF, an introduction to various RBLF units, Operational Procedures, Security and Team-Building activity. The programme also includes a leadership session with Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Chief of Staff RBLF. The aimed of this Induction Programme is to impart the essential knowledge and ensure that these officers are well-prepared to assume their roles and responsibilities in the RBLF working environment.
PEGAWAI-PEGAWAI BARU TAMAT PROGRAM INDUKSI
BERAKAS GARISON, Jumaat, 28 Februari 2025 – Seramai 25 Pegawai-pegawai Baru Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) yang ditauliahkan dari Sekolah Pegawai Kadet, Pengambilan ke-23 telah berjaya menamatkan Program Induksi, dengan acara penutup diadakan di Mes Pegawai, Garison Berakas. Program lima hari itu bermula pada 25 Februari 2025 hingga 28 Februari 2025 dikendalikan oleh Khidmat Pergigian dan Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan TDDB.
Minggu induksi tersebut merangkumi pelbagai program seperti taklimat mengenai Peranan dan Tanggungjawab TDDB, pengenalan kepada pelbagai unit TDDB, Prosedur Operasi, Sekuriti dan aktiviti Team-Building. Semasa program tersebut, Pegawai-pegawai juga berkesempatan untuk mengadakan sesi kepimpinan bersama Leftenan Kolonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Ketua Staf TDDB. Program Induksi ini adalah bertujuan untuk menyampaikan pengetahuan dan memastikan Pegawai-pegawai ini bersedia untuk memikul peranan dan tanggungjawab mereka dalam suasana kerja TDDB.
