BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 11th June 2026 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF), in collaboration with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), held an Anti-Corruption Awareness Talk at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison. Present was the Acting Deputy Commander RBLF, Colonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, and also attended by RBLF Senior Officers and Officers.
The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Lieutenant Colonel Ariffin bin Amit @ Hamid, Head of Religious RBLF, followed by a welcoming address delivered by Lieutenant Colonel Hamerolazmi bin Haji Abd Latip, Assistant Chief of Staff Personnel and Administration (G1) RBLF. The programme then proceeded with the ACB awareness talk delivered by Hajah Norashikin binti Haji Mat Salleh, Chief of Special Investigation, ACB. The talk emphasised the dangers and consequences of corrupt practices, including bribery, abuse of authority, conflict of interest, and the acceptance of gifts or favours that may influence official duties. Attendees were also briefed on several corruption-related cases as lessons learned, highlighting the legal implications and adverse effects of such offences on public confidence, organisational integrity and national security. The session concluded with a question-and-answer session, followed by the presentation of a memento.
The awareness talk aimed to enhance understanding of the importance of integrity, accountability and ethical conduct among personnel, while reinforcing the RBLF's commitment towards maintaining professionalism and public trust, as well as practising a corruption-free workplace.
This talk is conducted in several series, which involve all levels of RBLF personnel, commencing with the Officer level, followed by Senior Non-Commissioned Officers and then Junior Non-Commissioned Officers.
TAKLIMAT KESEDARAN ANTI-RASUAH
BERAKAS GARISON, Khamis, 11 Jun 2026 – Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) dengan kerjasama Biro Mencegah Rasuah (BMR) telah mengadakan Taklimat Kesedaran Anti-Rasuah bertempat di Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garison. Hadir ialah Pemangku Timbalan Pemerintah TDDB, Kolonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, dan turut disertai oleh Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan dan Pegawai-Pegawai TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Leftenan Kolonel Ariffin bin Amit @ Hamid, Ketua Agama TDDB, diikuti dengan ucapan alu-aluan yang disampaikan oleh Leftenan Kolonel Hamerolazmi bin Haji Abd Latip, Penolong Ketua Staf Keanggotaan dan Pentadbiran (G1) TDDB. Program kemudiannya diteruskan dengan taklimat BMR yang telah disampaikan oleh Hajah Norashikin binti Haji Mat Salleh, Ketua Siasatan Khas, BMR.
