| SMALL ARMS INSTRUCTOR COURSE COMPLETED | PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 25th June 2026 – The closing event for the Small Arms Instructor Course was held today at the Combined Arms Training Centre, Royal Brunei Land Forces (CATC RBLF) Parade Square, Penanjong Garrison. A total of 36 participants had attended the course, comprising 29 personnel from the RBLF, four from the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN) and three from the Ministry of Defence. The course was conducted from 02nd April 2026 to 25th June 2026. Present to officiate the closing was Major Nor Mohammad Saufi@Nikmat bin Ahmad, Acting Officer Commanding of School of Infantry (SOI), CATC RBLF.

| COMMENCEMENT OF EXERCISE MALLEE BULL | TOWNSVILLE, QUEENSLAND, AUSTRALIA, Thursday, 25th June 2026 – Exercise MALLEE BULL between the First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) and the 1st Battalion, Royal Australian Regiment (1 RAR) has officially commenced with an opening ceremony held at Lavarack Barracks in Townsville, Queensland, Australia. The opening was officiated by Major Muhammad Nasyrul Wafiy bin Haji Mahdini, Officer Commanding of 'B' Company, 1Bn RBLF, and Major Monika Georgieva, Officer Commanding of 1 RAR.

| 7th BRUNEI-PHILIPPINE ARMY WORKING GROUP | BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 24th June 2026 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) hosted the 7th Brunei-Philippine Army Working Group (7th BRU-PHIL AWG) via Video Teleconference (VTC) with the Philippine Army held at the Officers' Mess, Berakas Garrison. The AWG was co-chaired by Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Chief of Staff RBLF, and Colonel Diosdado Carlos D. Pambid, Assistant Chief of Staff for Plans G5, Philippine Army. Also in attendance were Colonel Garry L. Atienza Paf (CSC), Defense and Armed Forces Attaché of the Republic of the Philippines to Brunei Darussalam, representatives from various RBLF sub-units and a delegation from the Philippine Army who participated virtually.

| LAND ENGINEERING STRENGTHENS TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE THROUGH FORUM | BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 24th June 2026 — The Land Engineering Headquarters, Combat Service Support Royal Brunei Land Forces (LE HQ CSS RBLF) held an Engineering Talk Forum at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison, attended by 70 LE Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs). A similar session was also held on 4th June 2026, attended by 89 Junior NCOs.
