MENUNGGOL, Saturday, 22nd March 2025 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) continues to strengthen its bond with the community through Khatam Al-Quran event held at Kampung Menunggol Mosque. This initiative not only celebrate the completion of Quranic recitation in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan, but also serve as a bridge, fostering understanding, goodwill and mutual respect. Participating in the event together with the residents of Kampung Menunggol were personnel from the First Battalion (1Bn) RBLF led by Lieutenant Muhammad Asfa Haziq bin Ali, Platoon Commander 'A' Company 1Bn RBLF.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 21st March 2025 – The closing event for the Junior Officer Tactics Course (JOTC) 2024/2025 was held at the Officers' Mess, Penanjong Garrison. A total of 40 course participants from the Ministry of Defence, Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF), Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Joint Force Headquarters Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JFHQ RBAF), Training Institute (TI) RBAF and Special Force Regiment (SFR) RBAF had attended the course which was conducted for nine weeks starting from 22nd January to 14th March 2025. Present to officiate the closing was Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, RBLF Chief of Staff.

The ceremonies were held simultaneously at all RBLF suraus, including Pulau Baru-Baru Mosque, with the main event at Surau Al-Fa'izun, Berakas Garrison. Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, Field Commander RBLF attended the ceremony and were joined by senior officers, officers and RBLF personnel. The annual Al-Quran recitation activity during Ramadhan serves a pivotal purpose in fostering a profound and enduring bond amongst RBLF personnel and to glorify the sanctity of Al-Quran and promote its teaching and practice.

LUMUT CAMP, Wednesday, 18th March 2025 – The closing event for Platoon Competition and Platoon Drill Competition, Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Forces (3Bn RBLF) were held at the Gymnasium 3Bn RBLF in Lumut Camp. The Platoon Competition commenced on 02nd until 17th January 2025, while the Platoon Drill Competition was held on 05th February 2025. These gatherings, held during the holy month of Ramadhan, aims to appreciate and commemorate the services rendered by the former senior leaders and provided a valuable opportunity for RBLF personnel to interact and strengthen the relationship amongst them.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Tuesday, 11 March 2025 – In conjunction with the Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) 63rd Anniversary, the RBLF organised Jalinan Kasih Anak-Anak Yatim charity event, providing donations to 45 orphan recipients from 27 families across various RBLF units. The Jalinan Kasih Anak-Anak Yatim is an annual event to help lessen the burden of orphans, and in supporting the welfare of RBLF personnel as part of Ramadhan charity effort. The donations were presented by respective Senior Officers and Officers.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 6th March 2025 – The School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Forces (SOI RBLF) has concluded its Drill Instructor Course 1/2025 in a closing event held at Theatre 1 SOI RBLF in Penanjong Garrison. The eight-week course was conducted from 9th January 2025 until 6th March 2025, organised by the Drill Instructor Wing, SOI RBLF. A total of 24 personnel had attended the course comprising of RBLF, Royal Brunei Navy, Royal Brunei Airforce and Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (TI RBAF), producing a new cohort of highly skilled and qualified drill instructors.

BALIKPAPAN, Saturday, 1st March 2025 – The Exercise Planning Conference (EPC) for Exercise KERIS SATRIA 16/2025 between the Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Forces (3Bn RBLF) and 600th Raider Infantry Battalion Modang (Bn Inf Yonif 600/MDG) of the Indonesian Army has successfully conducted in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Republic of Indonesia. The EPC took place from 26 February 2025 to 1 March 2025.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 28th February 2025 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) has organised the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Inter-Women's Final Netball Championship 2024/2025 at the Bolkiah Garrison Gymnasium. The championship, which took place over two days, from 27th to 28th February 2025, saw participation of four teams namely the RBLF, Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), and a Combined Team comprising personnel from the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), Joint Force Headquarters RBAF, and Training Institute RBAF. Present to deliver the winning prizes was Colonel Hajah Suriyati binti Haji Junaidi, Head of the RBAF Inspectorate Unit, and were joined by female senior officers, officers, and personnel of the RBAF.

The meeting was Co-chaired by Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Chief of Staff of the RBLF and Colonel Jo Richards, Director International Engagement of the Australian Army. Also present were Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Haji Saiful Amirul Bakri bin Pengiran Haji Ramlee, Brunei Darussalam Defence Adviser to Australia, Lieutenant Colonel Paul Sanderson, Australia Defence Adviser to Brunei Darussalam, and other key personnel.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Friday, 28th February 2025 - The handover event for the Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) Head of the Wives' Welfare Body (BAKTI) along with a farewell event was held recently at Urban Green Restaurant in Kiulap. The event commenced with a remark by the outgoing Head of RBLF BAKTI, Pengiran Hajah Rozedah binti Pengiran Haji Sulaiman, who recapped the past activities and initiatives that had been successfully conducted and she further acknowledged the support, commitment and dedication given by all members of RBLF BAKTI throughout her tenure as the head. This was followed by the handing over event with the signing of certificates, marking the handover of responsibilities to the newly appointed Acting Head, Lieutenant Colonel Siti Norlelawati binti Haji Emran. The event then continued with a farewell celebration for retired and posted out committee members.
