BERAKAS GARRISON, Monday, 20th January 2025 – The Dental Services Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) recently welcomed 28 students from the Bachelor of Dental Health Science Programme and accompanied by two faculty members from the Institute of Health Sciences, Universiti Brunei Darussalam. The delegation was welcomed by the Chief Dental Services, Colonel (Dr) Jefri bin Haji Abdul Razak who then delivered an introductory brief on the Dental Services RBLF.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Monday, 20 January 2025 – A total of 27 participants had completed the nine-week program of Combat Medic Course (CMC) 02/2024 with a closing event held at Ibnu Sina Lecture Hall, Medical Services, Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF), Bolkiah Garrison recently. The event was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Ummi Suzeyanna binti Haji Johari, Chief Medical Services RBLF, along with senior officers, instructors and representatives from the RBLF, Royal Brunei Navy, Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Special Forces Regiment Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and the Prisons Department.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 17th January 2025 – A total of 19 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) from the Royal Brunei Land Forces Headquarters (RBLF HQ), HQ Company, Royal Guards Regiment and School of Infantry were promoted consisting of 18 Acting Staff Sergeants to Substantive Staff Sergeants and one Sergeant to Substantive Staff SergeantThe rank insignias were presented by Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Chief of Staff of RBLF, held at the Warrant Officers', Staff Sergeants' and Sergeants' Mess, Berakas Garrison. Also in attendance were Senior Officers, officers and family members of promoted members. On this occasion, the RBLF leadership would like to extend heartiest congratulations to all personnel who were promoted for their achievements.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 17th January 2025 – Lieutenant Colonel Faizal Azly bin Haji Rosli, Commanding Officer of the School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Forces (SOI RBLF), officiated the closing event for the Regimental Signal Instructor Course with certificates presentation held at SOI RBLF Headquarters, Penanjong GarrisonThe course, conducted by the RBLF Signal Training Wing, was attended by 14 participants from the RBLF, Royal Brunei Air Force, Joint Force Headquarters Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), and Special Force Regiment RBAF from 25 October 2024 to 17 January 2025.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 10th January 2025 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) organised a Regimental Dinner in conjunction with the farewell of RBLF Commander, Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman. The event was held at the Officers' Mess, Berakas Garrison, attended by the Deputy Commander of RBLF, Senior Officers, Officers and respective spouses.

BRUNEI DARUSSALAMMonday06th January 202 Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) has commenced his farewell visits to various RBLF units. The visit began at the Field Headquarters (HQ) RBLF consisting of Field HQ Company, Engineer Regiment, Armoured Reconnaissance Squadron and Combat Boat Squadron, and subsequently the School of Infantry, Second Battalion and Third Battalion RBLF.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 3rd January 2025 – The Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) Troop Sergeant Course organised by the Armoured Reconnaissance Squadron, Royal Brunei Land Forces (ARS RBLF) has come to an end with a closing event held at ARS RBLF Auditorium Hall, Penanjong Garrison. The eight-week course was participated by 14 personnel, which commenced from 11th November 2024 until 3rd January 2025. In attendance to officiate the closing was Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, the RBLF Field Commander.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 3rd January 2025 – A total of 30 Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) were promoted consisting of one Acting Warrant Officer 1 to Substantive Warrant Officer 1, one Warrant Officer 2 to Substantive Warrant Officer 1, 12 acting Warrant Officer 2 to Substantive Warrant Officer 2, 15 Staff Sergeant to Substantive Warrant Officer 2 and one Staff Sergeant to Acting Warrant Officer 2.

TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 27th December 2024 – The Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Forces (2Bn RBLF) held a Regimental Dinner at the Officers' Mess, Tutong Camp, in conjunction with the unit's outgoing Commanding Officer (CO), Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Baharuddin bin Pengiran Haji Ali and spouse. In attendance to welcome the former CO was Major Mohammad Sufrien bin Johan, the newly appointed CO and were joined by 2Bn RBLF officers and their spouses.

TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 20th December 2024 – A handover ceremony between the outgoing Commanding Officer (CO) of the Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Forces (2Bn RBLF), Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Baharuddin bin Pengiran Haji Ali and the new CO, Major Mohammad Sufrien bin Johan was officially held at the Parade Square, Tutong Camp.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 20th December 2024 – A total of 124 male recruits of the 175th Intake and 46 female recruits of the 59th Intake consisting of 104 Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) male and 26 female recruits had successfully completed the Basic Military Training with a Passing Out Parade Ceremony held at the Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Parade Square, Penanjong Garrison.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 20th December 2024 – The promotion events for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) from various Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) sub-units were held at respective units. The promoted personnel consisted of the Headquarters (HQ) Company of Field HQ RBLF, Dental Services, RBLF Battalions, Engineer Regiment and Armoured Reconnaissance Squadron. The events were attended by RBLF Senior Officers, Officers and personnel. A total of 69 SNCOs were promoted consisting of 29 Staff Sergeant to Substantive Warrant Officer 2, one Staff Sergeant to Acting Warrant Officer 2 and 39 Sergeant to Substantive Staff Sergeant. On these occasions, the RBLF extends its heartfelt congratulations to all promoted personnel on the accomplishment.

PENANJONG GARRISONThursday 12th December 2024 – The closing ceremony of the Basic Clerk Course Series 2/2024, Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) was held today at Dewan Nikmat, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Penanjong Garrison. The five-week course, conducted from 8th November to 13th December 2024 was organised by Field Headquarters RBLF and comprised of a total of 72 personnel from the RBLF, Training Institute RBAF and the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF). Lieutenant Colonel Erawan bin Haji Abu Bakar, Chief of Staff, Field Headquarters RBLF was present to officially conclude the course. Also, in attendance were invited officers from various units of the RBLF, Training Institute RBAF, MINDEF, and the course instructors.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 06 December 2024 – Lieutenant Colonel Faizal Azly bin Haji Rosli, Commanding Officer of School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Forces (SOI RBLF) officiated the closing event for the Regimental Signal Officer and Warrant Officer Course Series 2024 at SOI RBLF Headquarters, Penanjong Garrison. TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 06th December 2024 – The closing event for the Advanced Infantry Course Series 5/2024 took place at the Ar-Rizq Hall, Tutong Camp, with a total of 117 participants completing the 12-week course held from 9th September to 6th December 2024. The event was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Hj Ibrahim, Acting Field Commander of the RBLF alongside the Commanding Officer of the School of Infantry RBLF, Invited Guest Officers, Regiment Sergeant Majors and Course Instructors.

KAMPONG MENUNGGOL, 06 December 2024 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) recently participated in Community Health and Dental Roadshow at Nakhoda Abdul Rashid Primary School Hall, Kampong Menunggol, organised by the Joint Force Headquarters of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) in conjunction with the 63rd RBAF Anniversary. A total of 11 personnel from the RBLF Medical Services and 16 personnel from the RBLF Dental Services were involved in the roadshow.

PASIR LABA CAMP, REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Thursday, 05th December 2024 – The opening ceremony of Exercise MAJU BERSAMA 27/2024 (XMB 27/24) took place at Pasir Laba Camp, Republic of Singapore, involving 260 personnel from the Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Forces (3Bn RBLF) and the 41st Battalion Singapore Armoured Regiment (41 SAR). The exercise is scheduled from 3rd to 13th December 2024.

PASIR LABA CAMP, THURSDAY, 05th December 2024 – Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) received a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Honorary Master Parachutist Wing presented by Major General David Neo, Chief of Army SAF. The event was held at the Specialist Cadet School, Pasir Laba Camp in conjunction with the opening of Exercise Maju Bersama 27/2024. The badge presentation signifies the strong camaraderie between the RBLF and the SAF, which continues to be strengthened through regular exchange of visits, exercises, professional exchanges, trainings and courses.

BERAKAS GARISON, Tuesday , 03th December 2024 –    The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) held a Regimental Dinner in conjunction with the 63rd Anniversary at the Officers' Mess, Berakas Garrison. Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of RBLF, and spouse, Pengiran Hajah Rozedah binti Pengiran Haji Sulaiman were present to grace the event. Also present were Deputy Commander of RBLF, Chief of Staff RBLF, Senior Officers and Officers with their respective spouses as well as former Senior Officers and Officers of the RBLF who has retired in the year of 2024. This includes Colonel (Dr) Awang Mohammad Hafizul bin Haji Mohammad Hassan, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Mardiana binti Mohd Tuah Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Muhammad Aiman Syazwi bin Abdul Rahim.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 29th November 2024 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) consisting of 108 personnel from the Third Battalion (3Bn) RBLF will participate in the Exercise MAJU BERSAMA (XMB) 27/2024 which is scheduled to take place from 3rd to 14th December 2024 in the Republic of Singapore. The Brunei Darussalam flag was handed over by Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of the RBLF to Major Muhd Khairi bin Ahmad Hussin, the Head Contingent of the exercise, in a ceremony held at the RBLF Headquarters, Berakas Garrison.

PENANJONG GARRISONFriday29th November 2024 – Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Ghazali bin Haji Hussin, Commanding Officer of the Engineer Regiment, Royal Brunei Land Force (Engr Regt RBLF) officiated the closing event for the Booby Trap Course 2024 at FIBUA Village, Penanjong Garrison. PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 29th November 2024 – The Basic Communication Information System Course 2024 has ended with a closing event held at the School of Infantry, Royal Brunei Land Force (SOI RBLF), Penanjong Garrison. The course was conducted from 13th September to 29th November 2024, participated by 29 personnel from the RBLF, Royal Brunei Air Force, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Special Force Regiment RBAF and the Gurkha Security Unit. Officiating the closing was Lieutenant Colonel Faizal Azly bin Haji Rosli, Commanding Officer of SOI RBLF.
