TUTONG, Sunday, 21st September 2025 – The Second Battalion of the Royal Brunei Land Forces (2Bn RBLF) participated in the 'Ekspedisi Berbasikal Santai Daerah Tutong' 2025, held at the Tutong Community Hall Field. The event was organised by the Mukim Consultative Council of Pekan Tutong in collaboration with the Tutong District Office.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, the Minister of Home Affairs. Also attending the event were Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, the Field Commander of the RBLF, the Commanding Officer of 2Bn RBLF, along with 18 officers and 59 other ranks from 2Bn RBLF.
The cycling expedition commenced from the Tutong Community Hall, passing through Kampong Sengkarai to Seri Kenangan Beach and returning to the starting point. The total route covered approximately 15.6 kilometres for invited guests, while registered participants completed a longer 42-kilometre route extending to Kampong Bukit Beruang junction. The programme aims to promote a healthy lifestyle, strengthen community relations, and foster unity between government agencies and the residents of Tutong District.
2BN TDDB SERTAI EKSPEDISI BERBASIKAL SANTAI DAERAH TUTONG 2025
TUTONG, Ahad, 21 September 2025 – Batalion Kedua Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (2Bn TDDB) telah menyertai Ekspedisi Berbasikal Santai Daerah Tutong 2025 yang berlangsung di Padang Dewan Kemasyarakatan, Daerah Tutong. Acara tersebut dianjurkan oleh Majlis Perundingan Mukim Pekan Tutong dengan kerjasama Pejabat Daerah Tutong.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Menteri Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri. Turut serta dalam acara tersebut ialah Leftenan Kolonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli Pemerintah Medan TDDB, Pegawai Pemerintah 2Bn TDDB serta 18 pegawai dan 59 anggota 2Bn TDDB.
Ekspedisi berbasikal bermula dari Dewan Kemasyarakatan Tutong menuju ke Kampong Sengkarai, Pantai Seri Kenangan, kemudiannya menuju balik ke tempat berlepas. Jarak ekspedisi bagi jemputan khas adalah sejauh 15.6km, manakala bagi peserta-peserta berdaftar melengkapkan laluan sejauh 42km sehingga ke persimpangan Kampong Bukit Beruang. Program ini adlaah bertujuan untuk menggalakkan gaya hidup sihat, mengeratkan hubungan silaturrahim, dan memupuk semangat perpaduan antara agensi kerajaan dan dalam kalangan penduduk Daerah Tutong.
