| KHATAM AL-QURAN CEREMONY IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCES 63rd ANNIVERSARY |  BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 13th June 2025 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) held Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony in conjunction with the RBLF 63rd Anniversary. In attendance at Surau Al-Fa'izun, Berakas Garrison was Colonel Muhammad Wata bin Abdullah Awat, Acting Commander RBLF and were joined by Senior officers, Officers and RBLF personnel. Similar event was also held simultaneously at all RBLF suraus including Pulau Baru-Baru Mosque attended by respective officers and personnel, while the RBLF Field Headquarters and School of Infantry at Surau Al-Hikmah, Penanjong Garrison.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar and Surah Al-Fatihah led by Imam Haji Mohd Anndy bin Saile, the Imam of Surau Al-Fa'izun, followed by the recitation of Al-Quran verses from the Khatam Al-Quran participants, Takhtim, Doa Khatam and Dikir Marhaban prior concluded with Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam. Apart from enlivening the anniversary celebration, the ceremony was held to glorify the sanctity of Al-Quran and promote its teaching and practice by all RBLF Muslim personneI.

       MAJLIS KHATAM AL-QURAN SEMPENA SAMBUTAN HARI ULANG TAHUN TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI KE-63
BERAKAS GARRISON, Jumaat, 13 Jun 2025 – Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Khatam Al-Quran sempena sambutan Hari Ulang Tahun TDDB ke-63. Hadir di Surau Al-Fa'izun, Berakas Garison ialah Kolonel Muhammad Wata bin Abdullah Awat, Pemangku Pemerintah TDDB dan disertai oleh Pegawai-pegawai Kanan, Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota TDDB. Majlis yang sama turut diadakan secara serentak di semua surau TDDB termasuk Masjid Pulau Baru-Baru yang dihadiri oleh Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota masing-masing, manakala Markas Medan TDDB dan Sekolah Infantri di Surau Al-Hikmah, Penanjong Garison.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Sayyidul Istighfar dan Surah Al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Imam Haji Mohd Anndy bin Saile, Imam Surau Al-Fa'izun, diikuti dengan bacaan ayat-ayat suci Al-Quran oleh para peserta Khatam, Takhtim, Doa Khatam dan, Dikir Marhaban sebelum diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam. Selain memeriahkan sambutan ulang tahun, majlis tersebut turut diadakanuntuk memuliakan kesucian Al-Quran dan menggalakkan ajaran serta beramal dengannya bagi semua warga TDDB yang beragama Islam.
