TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 5th April 2024 – The Closing Ceremony for the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) Leadership and Management Course 01/2024 of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) took place today at the Ar-Rizqi Cookhouse in Tutong Camp. A total of 80 personnel successfully completed the course, which conducted from 18th March 2024 until 5th April 2024.
Present as the Guest of Honour is Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Chief of Staff RBLF. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah An-Nisa verse 59. It continued with the welcoming remarks from Lance Corporal Mohd Azib bin Mohd Ali from Second Battalion, one of the course participants, followed by the certificate and awards presentations by the Guest of Honour.
The award for the best overall was presented to Corporal Mohamad Adib bin Awang Sawal from the Combat Engineer Regiment RBLF, while Lance Corporal Nurul Nazatul Azimmah binti Yusuf from Dental Services RBLF received the best in theory award.
In his closing remarks, the Guest of Honour encouraged the course participants to continue striving for excellence and to enhance their leadership qualities in all situations. The NCOs Leadership and Management Course aims to equip RBLF personnel with the necessary leadership skills to effectively lead their subordinates and fulfill their duties with competence and confidence.

PERKHEMAHAN TUTONG, Jumaat, 05 April 2024 –
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Ketua Staf TDDB. Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan Surah An-Nisa ayat 59. Majlis kemudian diteruskan dengan ucapan daripada Las Kopral Mohd Azib bin Mohd Ali daripada Batalion Kedua selaku wakil daripada peserta kursus, dan diikuti dengan penyampaian sijil-sijil dan anugerah yang disampaikan oleh Tetamu Kehormat.
Penuntut terbaik keseluruhan ialah Koperal Mohamad Adib bin Awang Sawal dari Rejimen Jurutera Tempur TDDB dan penuntut terbaik teori pula ialah Las Kopral Nurul Nazatul Azimmah binti Yusuf dari Perkhidmatan Pergigian TDDB.
Dalam ucapan penutup, Tetamu Kehormat juga memberi galakan kepada semua peserta kursus untuk terus berusaha meningkatkan kualiti kepimpinan masing-masing di setiap situasi agar lebih proaktif dan dinamik. Kursus Kepimpinan PTB ini membentuk keperibadian akhlak dan disiplin yang diperlukan dalam jati diri sebagai seorang pemimpin. Ia mempertingkatkan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai kepimpinan agar lebih kompeten dan berkeyakinan untuk memimpin anggota bawahan agar mampu menjalankan tugas serta tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan dengan lebih berkesan dan efisien.
