PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 29 July 2022 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) organised a Donation Presentation Ceremony from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Welfare Fund for the orphans of RBLF today which took place at all RBLF camps including at the Support Battalion RBLF and School of Infantry RBLF, Penanjong Garisson. A total of 64 orphans from families of personnel of RBLF received the donation.
Present as the Guest of Honour (GOH) for the ceremony held at RBLF Headquarters was Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Mohamed Sufri bin Pengiran Haji Rosli, Chief of Staff of RBLF. Also present at the ceremony was Major Mohd Ubaidy bin Umbu, Acting Assistant Chief of Staff Finance RBLF, Officers of the Finance RBLF and the orphans who received the donation. Similar ceremonies were held simultaneously at all RBLF units attended by respective Commanding Officers and Officers as well as the orphans.
The ceremony began with Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of donation and ended with a Doa Selamat and a group photo.
This event was conducted to foster a sense of caring among RBAF personnel, specifically in RBLF and to show concern towards the orphans.

MAJLIS PENYAMPAIAN SUMBANGAN DERMA KEPADA ANAK-ANAK YATIM TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PENANJONG GARISON, Jumaat, 29 Julai 2022 – Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah menganjurkan Majlis Penyampaian Sumbangan Derma daripada Tabung Kebajikan Angkatan Bersenjara Diraja Brunei (ABDB) bagi anak-anak yatim TDDB pada hari ini bertempat di semua perkhemahan TDDB termasuk Batalion Bantu TDDB dan Sekolah Infantri TDDB , Penanjong Garison. Seramai 64 anak yatim daripada keluarga anggota TDDB menerima sumbangan tersebut.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat bagi majlis yang diadakan di Markas TDDB ialah Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Mohamed Sufri bin Pengiran Haji Rosli, Ketua Staf TDDB. Turut hadir ialah di majlis tersebut ialah Mejar Mohd Ubaidy bin Umbu, Pemangku Penolong Ketua Staf Pejabat Kewangan, Markas TDDB, pegawai-pegawai Pejabat Kewangan, Markas TDDB serta anak-anak yatim yang menerima sumbangan. Majlis yang sama juga turut diadakan secara serentak di semua unit TDDB dihadiri oleh Pegawai-pegawai Pemerintah, Pegawai-pegawai unit masing-masing serta anak-anak yatim yang menerima sumbangan.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan surah Al-Fatihah dan seterusnya penyampaian derma dan diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Selamat serta bergambar ramai.
Majlis ini diadakan demi memupuk rasa pemedulian di kalangan anggota ABDB khususnya TDDB di samping menunjukkan keprihatinan terhadap anak-anak yatim.
