RBAF COMMANDER ATTENDS DIKIR MAULUD CELEBRATION AT TUTONG CAMP
TUTONG CAMP, Saturday, 24 October 2020 – The Second Batallion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) today held the 12-night Dikir Maulud in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul celebration at Surau Pengiran Ratna Indera, Tutong Camp. Present at the ceremony was the Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Major General (U) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Hamzah bin Haji Sahat. Also present were Chief of Staff of RBAF, senior officers, officers and RBAF personnel.

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, Saturday, 24 October 2020 – The Maulidur Rasul celebration continued to be held for 12 night throughout the country. Today, a delegation from the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) attended Dikir Maulud at Surau Al-Barakah, Rimba Air Force Base. The delegation was led by Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF). Also present were Chief of Staff of RBLF, senior officers and officers of RBLF.
SECOND MINISTER OF DEFENCE GRACES DIKIR MAULUD CELEBRATION AT LUMUT CAMP
LUMUT CAMP, Friday, 23 October 2020 – The Maulidur Rasul celebration at Surau Ar-Rahmah, Lumut Camp tonight was graced by the presence of Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof, Second Minister of Defence and delegation. He was accompanied by Deputy Permanent Secretaries as well as senior officers from the Ministry of Defence.
BRUNEI DARUSSALAM HOST VIRTUAL TCM ACAMM 2020
BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 22 October 2020 – An ASEAN Chiefs of Army Multilateral Meeting (ACAMM) Technical Committee Meeting was conducted virtually to discuss and to work on the final details of the 21st ACAMM to be hosted by Royal Brunei Land Force on 24th November 2020. The meeting was chaired by Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Chief of Staff of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) and participated by representatives of respective ASEAN Chief of Army as well as Defence Adviser/ Attaches and representative from the Embassies based in Brunei Darussalam.
RBN ATTENDS DIKIR MAULUD AT SURAU AL-FAI’ZUN, BERAKAS GARISON
BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 22 October 2020 - The 12-night Dikir Maulud continued to be held in the country in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul celebration for the year 1442H. Today, a delegation from the Royal Brunei Navy attended Dikir Maulud at Surau Al-Fa’izun Berakas Garrison. The delegation was led by First Admiral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Othman bin Haji Suhaili@ Suhaily, Commander of RBN. Also in attendance were Fleet Commander, Commandant of Support Services, officers and RBN personnel.

MAULIDUR RASUL COMMEMORATING THE BIRTH OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH) COMMENCES
BERAKAS GARRISON, Saturday, 17 October 2020 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) held ceremonies marking for the commencement of this year’s Maulidur Rasul 1442H/2020M to commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him (PBUH), across all suraus in the RBLF.
10 JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS (SNCO) OF ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HEADQUARTERS AND COMPANY HEADQUARTERS PROMOTED
BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 16 October 2020 – A total of 10 Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCO) of the Royal Brunei Land Force Headquarters and Company Headquarters Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) were promoted today at the Cookhouse of First Battalion RBLF, Berakas Garrison. One was promoted to Sub Corporal, three promoted to Acting Corporal, four promoted to Sub Lance Corporal and two promoted to Acting Lance Corporal.
PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PERSONNEL
LUMUT CAMP, Friday, 16 October 2020 – A promotion ceremony for Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) personnel took place at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the Senior Ranks was held at the Warrant Officer, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess of 3Bn RBLF whereas for Junior Ranks was held at the Cookhouse 3Bn RBLF. Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Commanding Officer of 3Bn RBLF present as the guest of honour. Also present at the ceremony were Officers, Senior Ranks and Junior Ranks of 3Bn RBLF.
63 SUPPORT BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PERSONNEL PROMOTED
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 16 October 2020 - Two promotion ceremonies were held saperately today at the Penanjong Garrison for a total of 63 Support Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force personnel and presented by the guest of honour, Lieutenant Colonel Rudie Asmawi bin Abidin, Commanding Officer of the Support Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (Sp Bn RBLF).

BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 15 October 2020 – A total of 10 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCO) of the Royal Brunei Land Force Headquarters and Company Headquarters Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) were promoted today at the Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess, Berakas Garrison. Six personnel promoted to Sergeant, three promoted to Acting Sergeant and one was promoted to Acting Staff Sergeant.
3BN RBLF CONDUCTS EXERCISE WIRA TEGUH
PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 15 October 2020 – Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) has conducted the Exercise WIRA TEGUH which also involved battalion support weapon competency training from 12 to 15 October 2020 at Field Firing Area Range, Binturan Range Complex, Penanjong Garrison. Present to witness the live firing exercise on the final day was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Chief of Staff of RBLF. Also present were Commanding Officers of RBLF’s rifle battalions.

The promotion ceremony for the Senior Ranks was held at the Warrant Officer, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess of 2Bn RBLF whereas for Junior Ranks was held at the Corporal Club 2Bn RBLF.
PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR COMBAT SERVICE SUPPORT ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PERSONNEL
BERAKAS GARISSON, Monday, 12 October 2020 – A promotion ceremony for a total of 55 Combat Service Support Royal Brunei Land Force (CSS RBLF) personnel was held today and presented by the guest of honour, Colonel (Dr) Haji Awang Mohd Hafizul bin Haji Awang Mohd Hassan, Acting Commandant of the CSS RBLF. The promotion ceremony was held at the Warrant Officer, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess for the Senior Ranks and at the Cook House First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) for the Junior Ranks, both at Berakas Garrison.
