REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, Friday, 17th October 2025 – Major Amzar Mu'az bin Tamit, Officer Commanding from 'B' Company, Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF), along with Major Haji Nafisal bin Haji Salim from the Joint Force Headquarters Royal Brunei Armed Forces, had participated in the ASEAN Peacekeeping Staff Exercise (APSE 3) at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Peacekeeping Operations Center (AFPPKOC), Camp O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac, Republic of the Philippines. The course was held from 6th to 17th October 2025.
The exercise brought together military personnel from Brunei Darussalam, the Kingdom of Cambodia, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of the Union of Myanmar, Malaysia, Republic of Singapore, the Kingdom of Thailand, and he Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Throughout the two-week exercise, participants engaged in scenario-based discussions, staff planning workshops, and decision-making simulations which are all tailored to reflect real-world peacekeeping missions under United Nations mandates.
Such comprehensive training program indeed strengthened regional cooperation among member nations of the ASEAN Peacekeeping Centers Network (APCN) and reaffirmed the dedication of participating countries to regional solidarity and its active role in promoting global peace through regional partnerships.


PEGAWAI TDDB MENYERTAI ASEAN PEACEKEEPING STAFF EXERCISE 3
REPUBLIK FILIPINA, Jumaat, 17 Oktober 2025 – Mejar Amzar Mu'az bin Tamit, Pegawai Memerintah dari Kompeni B, Batalion Kedua TDDB, dan Mejar Haji Nafisal bin Haji Salim dari Markas Angkatan Bersama Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei, telah menyertai ASEAN Peacekeeping Staff Exercise (APSE 3) di Pusat Pengaman Angkatan Tentera Filipina (AFPPKOC), Kem O'Donnell, Capas, Tarlac, Republik Filipina. Eksesais ini telah diadakan dari 6 hingga 17 Oktober 2025.
Eksesais itu telah menghimpunkan anggota tentera dari Brunei Darussalam, Kerajaan Kemboja, Republik Demokratik Rakyat Lao, Republik Indonesia, Republik Kesatuan Myanmar, Malaysia, Republik Singapura, Kerajaan Thailand, dan Republik Sosialis Vietnam. Sepanjang eksesais selama dua minggu, para peserta terlibat dalam perbincangan berasaskan senario, bengkel perancangan staf, dan simulasi dalam membuat keputusan yang mana semuanya disesuaikan untuk mencerminkan misi pengaman dunia sebenar di bawah mandat Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu.
Program latihan komprehensif seumpamanya setentunya mengukuhkan kerjasama serantau di kalangan Rangkaian Pusat Pengaman ASEAN (APCN) dan mengesahkan dedikasi negara yang mengambil bahagian terhadap perpaduan dan peranan aktifnya dalam mempromosikan keamanan global melalui perkongsian serantau.
