BRUNEI, Friday, 30th October 2026 – A series of promotion events involving 194 Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) from various Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) units was held throughout the week at their respective units. Present at the respective events were members of the RBLF Board of Executives, Senior Officers, officers and personnel of the respective units.
A total of 18 SNCOs and 176 JNCOs were promoted to higher ranks, consisted of one Acting Sergeants to Substantive Sergeants, 15 Substantive Corporal to Substantive Sergeant and two Substantive Corporal to Acting Sergeants. Meanwhile, for the JNCOs, a total of 178 personnel were promoted, comprising 11 Acting Corporal to Substantive Corporal, seven Substantive Lance Corporal to Acting Corporal, 60 Substantive Lance Corporal to Substantive Corporal, five Substantive Lance Corporal to Acting Corporal, 14 Acting Lance Corporal to Substantive Lance Corporal, 30 Private to Substantive Lance Corporal and 49 Private to Acting Lance Corporal.
The promotion events reflected RBLF’s recognition of dedication, commitment and professionalism demonstrated by its personnel in carrying out their entrusted duties and responsibilities.
ACARA KENAIKAN PANGKAT BAGI ANGGOTA TDDB
BRUNEI, Jumaat, 30 Oktober 2026 – Acara kenaikan pangkat melibatkan seramai 194 Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Kanan dan PTB Rendah daripada pelbagai unit Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah diadakan sepanjang minggu di unit masing-masing. Hadir pada acara tersebut ialah ahli Badan Eksekutif TDDB, Pegawai-pegawai Kanan, pegawai-pegawai dan anggota di unit masing-masing.
Seramai 18 PTB Kanan dan 176 PTB Rendah telah dinaikkan pangkat, terdiri daripada seorang Pemangku Sarjan ke Sarjan Tetap, 15 Koperal Tetap ke Sarjan Tetap, dan dua Koperal Tetap ke Pemangku Sarjan. Sementara itu, bagi PTB Rendah seramai 178 anggota telah dinaikkan pangkat, yang terdiri daripada 11 Pemangku Koperal ke Koperal Tetap, tujuh Lans Koperal Tetap ke Pemangku Koperal Tetap, 60 Lans Koperal Tetap ke Koperal Tetap, lima Lans Koperal Tetap ke Pemangku Koperal, 14 Pemangku Lans Koperal ke Lans Koperal Tetap, 30 Soldadu ke Lans Koperal Tetap dan 49 Soldadu ke Pemangku Lans Koperal.
Acara kenaikan pangkat tersebut mencerminkan pengiktirafan TDDB terhadap dedikasi, komitmen dan profesionalisme yang ditunjukkan oleh anggotanya dalam melaksanakan tugas serta tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan.
