CLOSING CEREMONY OF PLATOON COMMANDER COURSE 2023 & SECOND-IN-COMMAND SECTION COMMANDER ASSISTANT SECTION COURSE SERIES 1/2023
PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 20 July 2023 – The School of Infantry, Royal Brunei Land Force (SOI RBLF) held a Closing Ceremony for the Platoon Commander Course 2023 and the Second-in-Command (2IC) Section Commander Assistant Course Series 1/2023 at the Cookhouse, Support Battalion, RBLF (Sp Bn RBLF), Penanjong Garrison. A total of 76 participants from both courses has successfully completed the course which the Platoon Commander Course was conducted from 1 May 2023 until 21 July 2023, meanwhile, the 2IC Section Commander Assistant Course took place from 22 May 2023 until 21 July 2023
ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE CELEBRATES ILAL HIJRAH 1445
BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday, 18 July 2023 – Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) celebrated the new Islamic Year 1445 Hijrah at all suraus in RBLF camps including Pulau Baru-Baru Mosque. The Hijrah new year celebration will now be known as Ilal Hijrah which means migration.
PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR MEDICAL SERVICES ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PERSONNEL
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Tuesday, 18 July 2023 - Medical Services, Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) held a promotion ceremony today for the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and NCOs which was held today at the Medical Services Headquarters, Bolkiah Garrison.
RBLF RECEIVED A STUDY VISIT FROM DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND MANPOWER, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday, 18 July 2023 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) received a study visit today from Department of Administration and Manpower (JPTM), Ministry of Defence. A total of seven JPTM interns from Politeknik Brunei and four Supreme Commander’s Scholars embarked on units introductory tour, starting from the RBLF Headquarters, Dental Service RBLF and Land Engineering RBLF Headquarters.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Tuesday, 18 July 2023 – Support Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (Sp Bn RBLF) held a promotion ceremony for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) took place at sepearated venues. For SNCOs the ceremony was held at the Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess, Penanjong Garrison whilst for NCOs, took place at Sp Bn Cook House, Penanjong Garrison respectively.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Saturday, 15 July 2023 – His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam consented to join alongside his citizens in celebrating the 77th birthday of His Majesty, accompanied by the Royal Family at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 14 July 2023 – Signal Squadron, Combat Service Support, Royal Brunei Land Force (Sig Sqn CSS RBLF) today held a closing ceremony for the Electronic Warfare Course at Ibnu Sina Lecture Hall, Medical and Health Services, Bolkiah Garrison. A total of 13 participants from RBLF have completed the course which took place from 6 June 2023 until 14 July 2023.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 14 July 2023 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) held a Doa Kesyukuran in conjunction with the 77th birthday celebration of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam at all suraus within RBLF camps.

TUTONG CAMP, Wednesday, 12 July 2023 – A promotion ceremony for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and NCOs of Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) personnel took place today at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the SNCOs was held at the Warrant Officers’, Staff Sergeants’ and Sergeants’ Mess of 2Bn RBLF whereas for the NCOs was held at the Corporal Club, 2Bn RBLF.

LUMUT CAMP, Wednesday, 12 July 2023 – A promotion ceremony for the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and NCOs of Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the SNCOs was held at the Warrant Officers’, Staff Sergeants’ and Sergeants’ Mess of 3Bn RBLF whereas for the NCOs was held at the Corporal Club, 3Bn RBLF.
THE CLOSING CEREMONY OF INTERMEDIATE (A2) MEDICAL ASSISTANT COURSE
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 12 July 2023 – The closing ceremony of the Intermediate (A2) Medical Assistant Course Session 2023 was held today at Ibnu Sina Hall, Medical Services Headquarters, Bolkiah Garrison. A total of 13 medical assistants from Medical Services completed the course with merit that took place from 05 May 2023 until 12 July 2023.

SUNGAI AKAR CAMP, Wednesday, 12 July 2023 – A promotion ceremony for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and NCOs of Royal Guards Regiment, Royal Brunei Land Force (RGdR RBLF) personnel took place today at Gurkha Reseve Unit (GRU) Cookhouse, Sungai Akar Camp.
HANDING OVER CEREMONY FOR NEWLY APPOINTED COMMANDING OFFICER SCHOOL OF INFANTRY ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
PENANJONG GARRISON, 10 July 2023 – School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Force (SOI RBLF) held a handing over of command today between Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohd Airul Wizam bin Haji Ahmed, the outgoing Commanding Officer of SOI RBLF and Major Faizal Azly bin Haji Rosli, the incoming Commanding Officer of SOI RBLF at the Lecture Theater, SOI RBLF, Penanjong Garrison. Present to witness the ceremony were officers and personnel of SOI RBLF.
