LUNCHEON FOR THE POSTING OUT AND RETIRING SENIOR RANKS OF THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 24 December 2020 - Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held a luncheon in conjunction with the posting out and retiring senior ranks of 3Bn RBLF at the Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess, Lumut Camp.
FINAL COMPETITION OF THE MUSABAQAH TILAWAH AL-QURAN FOR THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 24 December 2020 – Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held the final competition of Musabaqah Tilawah Al- Quran at the Pipes and Drum Platoon Auditorium Hall, Lumut Camp. The competition consisted of nine Qari from different companies of the 3Bn RBLF.
RBLF LAUNCHES PROJECT TABUNG KORBAN AIDILADHA ROADSHOW
BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 23 December 2020 - The Finance Department of Royal Brunei Land Force Headquarters (RBLF HQ) conducted its first roadshow to promote a savings fund program known as Project Tabung Korban Aidiladha (PTKA), in the effort to increase the awareness and participation of RBLF personnel for Ibadah Korban. The roadshow was conducted in collaboration with the Pay Office from First Battalion RBLF and Combat Service Support RBLF held at the Cookhouse Hall,1Bn RBLF, Berakas Garrison. A total of 280 attendees for the roadshow comprised of officers and personnel from RBLF HQ, 1Bn RBLF and CSS RBLF personnel.
REGIMENTAL DINNER NIGHT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE’S 59TH ANNIVERSARY
TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 18 December 2020 – Regimental dinner night was held today in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) 59th Anniversary. This significant event was successfully organised by Second Battalion of RBLF at Officers’ Mess, Tutong Camp.
KIDS’ ACTIVITIES STRENGTHEN FAMILY BONDS
LUMUT CAMP, Friday, 18 December 2020 – In conjunction with the end of the year school holiday activities, Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) once again organised a Movie Day at the Auditorium Hall of the Pipes and Bands 3Bn RBLF, Lumut Camp. This activity was set up especially for the children of the army personnel living in Lumut Camp.
COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE MEETS WITH ADVANCED INFANTRY COURSE PARTICIPANTS
LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 17 December 2020 – Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan had a visit today and meet with participants of the Advanced Infantry Course at Lumut Camp. A total of 109 personnel from Recruit Intake 166 currently undergo the 4-weeks Advanced Infantry Course organised by the Third Battalion RBLF (3Bn RBLF). The course which started early December is expected to conclude on the 31st December 2020.
THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HOSTED AZAN AND AL-QURAN RECITATION COMPETITION
LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 17 December 2020 –The Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) today, held Azan and Al-Quran Competition 1442H/2020M, organised especially for the children of the army personnel living within the camp. It was held at the Auditorium Hall of the Pipe and Drum Platoon 3Bn RBLF, Lumut Camp.
ENLIVENING OF KAMPUNG BANG DALAM MOSQUE WITH RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES
TUTONG, Thursday, 17 December 2020 – Taking a different approach to community outreach, personnel from A Company of Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) went to Kampung Bang Dalam Mosque to perform Maghrib prayers with the Imam, Mosque committee and residents of Kampong Bang Dalam. This was followed by the recitation of Tahlil and Isyak prayers before proceeding to the Mosque’s Multi-Purpose Hall to enjoy some light refreshments and interact with the local residents.
ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE TAHSINUL FIKRAH WORKSHOP CLOSING CEREMONY
TUTONG CAMP, Thursday, 17 December 2020 – The closing ceremony for Tahsinul Fikrah Workshop was conducted by Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) in collaboration with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Religious Department (JAMA’AT) at the Lecture Room, Surau Pengiran Ratna Indera, Tutong Camp. This workshop started from 14th to 17th December 2020 and was participated by military and civilian members from First Battalion RBLF, Second Battalion RBLF, Third Battalion RBLF, Support Battalion RBLF and Combat Service Support RBLF.
THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE IN SUPPORT FOR ‘PEMBELA’ RETREAT CAMP (PRC) PROGRAMME
ULU BELAIT, Sunday, 13 December 2020 - A total of 36 participants across districts in Brunei Darussalam joined ‘PEMBELA’ Retreat Camp (PRC) Programme which was held from 13 to 16 December 2020 at Kampong Sukang Longhouse.
KHATAM AL-QURAN CEREMONY FOR THE CHILDREN OF MILITARY PERSONNEL OF THIRD BATALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
LUMUT CAMP, Friday, 11 December 2020 – A Khatam Al-Quran ceremony for the children of the Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) personnel was held today at Surau Ar-Rahmah, Lumut Camp. Present as the guest of honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Commanding Officer 3Bn RBLF. Also in attendance were officers of the 3Bn RBLF and children of 3Bn RBLF personnel who participated in the recital of Khatam Al-Quran.
CLEANING CAMPAIGNS AT MUSLIM CEMETERIES BY RBLF HEADQUARTERS AND COMPANY HEADQUARTERS RBLF PERSONNEL
BRUNEI MUARA, Friday, 11 December 2020 – In conjunction with the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) 59th Anniversary, a total of 65 RBLF personnel from RBLF Headquarters and Company Headquarters RBLF today conducted cleaning campaigns at several cemetries. The cleaning campaigns focused at the Brunei Muara area such as Kampong Subok Cemetery, Kampong Limbungan Cemetery, Kampong Batong Cemetery, Kampong Kasat Cemetery, Kampong Lumapas Cemetry, Kampong Kupang Cemetery and Kampong Jerudong Cemetery. Following the cleaning campaign, they also held recitation of surah Yaasin and Tahlil.

LUMUT CAMP, Friday, 11 December 2020 - Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held a Regimental Dinner Night at the Officers’ Mess, Lumut Camp to welcome two new officers and as farewell to 16 posted-out officers to give respect as well as to motivate the newly appointed officers for their future endeavours in 3Bn RBLF. Present as the guest of honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Commanding Officer of 3Bn RBLF. A total of 60 3Bn RBLF officers including their spouses were also present during that night to celebrate the meaningful occasion.

LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 10 December 2020 – Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held a Semangat Muhibbah with the Belait District Officer and other Stakeholders in conjunction with the RBLF 59th Anniversary at the Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeant and Sergeants’ Mess, Lumut Camp.

BRUNEI MUARA AND TEMBURONG, Thursday, 10 December 2020 – Taking a different approach to community outreach, personnel from B and Command Company of First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) went to Kampong Pudak Mosque to perform Maghrib prayers with the Head of the Village, Imam, Mosque committee and residents of Kampong Pudak. This was followed by the recitation of Surah Yaasin, Tahlil and Isyak prayers before proceeding to the house of the Head of the Village to enjoy some light refreshments and interact with the local residents.
