BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 29 January 2021 – Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, the Commander of RBLF received an introductory call from Colonel Angelo Gerard P. Ariles, the new Defence and Armed Forces Attache of the Philippines this morning. In attendance was Colonel Jose Ricky A. Lanios, the outgoing Defence and Armed Forces Attache of the Philippines.
During the call, both sides reaffirmed the close relationship between the Royal Brunei Land Forces and the Armed Forces of the Philippines which has progressed significantly in elevating their military-to-military relationship through the exchanges of high-level visit, trainings and exercises. The Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Forces extended his utmost appreciation for the continuous support from the Armed Forces of the Philippines and hope to explore more interactions in the future.

ATASE PERTAHANAN ANGKATAN BERSENJATA FILIPINA YANG BARU
BERAKAS GARISON, Jumaat, 29 Januari 2021 – Brigedier Jeneral Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah TDDB menerima kunjungan pengenalan daripada Kolonel Angelo Gerard, Atase Pertahanan Angkatan Bersenjata Filipina yang baru pada pagi ini. Turut hadir semasa kunjungan tersebut adalah Kolonel Jose Ricky A. Lanios, Atase Pertahanan dan Angkatan Bersenjata Filipina yang lama.
Semasa kunjungan tersebut, kedua belah pihak menekankan kepentingan hubungan dua hala yang rapat di antara TDDB dan Angkatan Tentera Filipina yang mana hubungan ketenteraan telah meningkat melalui lawatan di peringkat tertinggi, latihan dan eksesais. Pemerintah TDDB juga merakamkan penghargaan di atas sokongan yang berterusan daripada Angkatan Tentera Filippina dan mengalu-alukan lebih banyak interaksi di masa akan datang.
