MURAI URBAN TRAINING FACILITY, REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE, Wednesday, 11th December 2024 – The closing ceremony of Exercise MAJU BERSAMA 27/2024 (XMB 27/2024) took place today at the Murai Urban Training Facility, Republic of Singapore. Brigadier General Cai Dexian, Division Commander of the 3rd Division, Singapore Army, Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) and Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Acting Field Commander of the RBLF were present for the official conclusion of the exercise.
The ceremony commenced with a parade inspection, followed by a closing address by the Acting Field Commander of the RBLF, officially marking the conclusion of the exercise. In his speech, Lieutenant Colonel Erwan highlighted that the exercise is highly regarded in the bilateral engagements between the RBLF and SAF. He also reminded everyone of the primary objective of the exercise, which is to solidify the strong ties between the RBLF and SAF, forged since the first Exercise MAJU BERSAMA in 1996. The exercise facilitates the valuable exchange of ideas, knowledge and experiences between the two forces.
Exercise MAJU BERSAMA 27/2024, conducted from 3rd to 13th December 2024, comprised of 260 personnel from the Third Battalion RBLF and 41st Battalion Singapore Armoured Regiment, highlighting the commitment and close cooperation for both forces. This joint endeavor enhanced urban operation capabilities, deepened mutual understanding of tactics and procedures, and strengthened military ties, leaving a lasting legacy of shared experiences.
UPACARA PENUTUP EKSESAIS MAJU BERSAMA 27/2024
MURAI URBAN TRAINING FACILITY, REPUBLIK SINGAPURA, Rabu, 11 Disember 2024 – Upacara Penutup Eksesais MAJU BERSAMA 27/2024 (XMB 27/2024) telah berlangsung di Murai Urban Training Facility, Republik Singapura. Brigedier Jeneral Cai Dexian, Division Commander of 3rd Division of Singapore Army, Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) dan Leftenan Kolonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Pemangku Pemerintah Medan Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah hadir bagi menyempurnakan penutupan rasmi eksesais tersebut.
Upacara dimulakan dengan pemeriksaan perbarisan, diikuti dengan ucapan penutup oleh Pemangku Pemerintah Medan TDDB yang melambangkan penutupan rasmi eksesais. Dalam ucapannya, beliau menekankan bahawa eksesais ini merupakan salah satu acara penting dalam pengukuhan hubungan dua hala antara TDDB dan SAF. Beliau turut menyatakan bahawa objektif utama eksesais ialah untuk mengeratkan lagi hubungan akrab antara TDDB dan SAF yang telah sekian lama terjalin khususnya sejak pertama kali eksesais ini diadakan pada tahun 1996. XMB turut menyediakan platform untuk perkongsian idea, pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang berharga antara kedua-dua angkatan tentera.
Eksesais MAJU BERSAMA 27/2024 berjaya diungkayahkan bermula 3 hingga 13 Disember 2024 dengan melibatkan seramai 260 anggota Batalion Ketiga TDDB dan 41st Battalion Singapore Armoured Regiment. Eksesais ini mencerminkan komitmen dan kerjasama padu kedua pihak dalam memperkasa keupayaan operasi bandar, memahami dengan lebih mendalam mengenai taktik dan prosedur, serta pengukuhan hubungan ketenteraan hingga memberi impak legasi yang berharga bagi anggota-anggota terlibat.
