KOTA BELUD, Monday, 27th July 2026 – The Royal Brunei Land Forces (RBLF) participated in Exercise Keris Strike 31/2026, as part of an Observer Team from 26th to 27th July 2026 at Kota Belud Live Firing Range, Sabah, Malaysia. The exercise took place from 13th to 27th July 2026, and the closing ceremony was officiated by Yang Berbahagia Lieutenant General Dato’ Mohamad Suria bin Mohammad Saad, Deputy Chief of the Malaysian Army.
Exercise Keris Strike was a joint military exercise involving the Malaysian Army, the United States Army Pacific (USARPAC), the Australian Army, and the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Centre–Exportable (JPMRC-X). The exercise focused on enhancing interoperability, tactical readiness, and multinational cooperation through combined training and field operations. Throughout the exercise, various modern military assets were deployed, including the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter and the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) operated by USARPAC, while the Australian Army deployed the Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter in support of the training activities. A total of 2,845 personnel, comprising 362 officers and 2,483 other ranks, had participated in the exercise.
The participation of the RBLF Observer Team provided an opportunity to observe the planning and execution of multinational military operations, including the employment of combined arms capabilities and modern military assets. It also enabled the RBLF delegation to enhance professional knowledge, exchange best practices, and strengthen defence relations with the participating countries.








TDDB SERTAI EKSESAIS KERIS STRIKE 31/2026
KOTA BELUD, Isnin, 27 Julai 2026 – Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah menyertai Eksesais Keris Strike 31/2026 sebagai sebahagian daripada Kumpulan Pemerhati dari 26 hingga 27 Julai 2026 bertempat di Lapang Sasar Kota Belud, Sabah, Malaysia. Eksesais tersebut telah berlangsung dari 13 hingga 27 Julai 2026 dan majlis penutup telah disempurnakan oleh Yang Berbahagia Leftenan Jeneral Dato’ Mohamad Suria bin Mohammad Saad, Timbalan Panglima Tentera Darat Malaysia.
Eksesais Keris Strike merupakan eksesais ketenteraan yang melibatkan Tentera Darat Malaysia, Tentera Darat Amerika Syarikat Pasifik (United States Army Pacific, USARPAC), Tentera Darat Australia dan Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Centre–Exportable (JPMRC-X). Eksesais tersebut tertumpu kepada peningkatan interoperabiliti, kesiapsiagaan taktikal, dan kerjasama pelbagai hala menerusi latihan gabungan serta operasi lapangan. Sepanjang eksesais tersebut, pelbagai aset ketenteraan moden telah dikerahkan, termasuk helikopter UH-60 Black Hawk dan Sistem Roket Artileri Mobiliti Tinggi M142 (HIMARS) yang dikendalikan oleh USARPAC, manakala Tentera Darat Australia mengerahkan Helikopter Tiger Peninjau Bersenjata bagi menyokong aktiviti eksesais berkenaan. Seramai 2,845 anggota, yang terdiri daripada 362 pegawai dan 2,483 anggota lain-lain pangkat, telah mengambil bahagian dalam latihan tersebut.
Penyertaan Kumpulan Pemerhati TDDB telah memberikan peluang untuk meninjau perancangan dan pelaksanaan operasi ketenteraan pelbagai negara, termasuk penggunaan keupayaan tempur gabungan serta aset ketenteraan moden. Di samping itu, penyertaan ini turut membolehkan delegasi TDDB meningkatkan pengetahuan profesional, berkongsi amalan terbaik serta memperkukuhkan hubungan pertahanan dengan negara-negara yang mengambil bahagian.
