RBLF COMMANDER RECEIVES INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM COLONEL ARITA SATOSHI JAPANESE DEFENCE ATTACHE TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 21 September 2023 – Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) received an introductory call from Colonel Arita Satoshi, Japanese Defence Attache to Brunei Darussalam today at the RBLF Headquarters, Berakas Garrison. Also in attendance were Acting Chief of Staff RBLF and Commanding Officer School of Infantry RBLF.
ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PARTICIPATED IN ADMM-PLUS EWG PKO CEPPP IN SOCIALIST REPUBLIC SOCIALIST OF VIETNAM
HANOI, Friday, 21 September 2023 – The Closing Ceremony of the ASEAN Defence Minister’s Meeting Plus (ADMM-Plus) Experts’ Working Group on Peacekeeping Operations (EWG PKO) Field Exercise was held at the National Military Training Center No.4, Hanoi, Republic Socialist of Vietnam. A total of five personnel from the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) were involved in the field exercise which took place from 6 September 2023 until 24 September 2023.

TUTONG, Wednesday, 20 September 2023 – In conjunction with Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) 62nd Anniversary, Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) conducted its Community Outreach at Kampung Sinaut Muslim Cemetery, Tutong District.
CLOSING CEREMONY OF CO’S CHALLENGE THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
LUMUT CAMP, Wednesday, 20 September 2023 – The Closing Ceremony for the Commanding Officer’s (CO’s) Challenge of Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) was held today at the Parade Square, Lumut Camp. The CO’s challenge 3Bn RBLF was held from 16 September 2023 to 19 September 2023.
THE FLAG HANDOVER CEREMONY TO THE CONTINGENT OF EXERCISE LATMA KERIS SATRIA 14/2023
BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday, 19 September 2023 – The flag handover ceremony to the contingents of Exercise LATMA Keris Satria 14/2023 took place today at the Parade Square, Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) Headquarters. The contingents will deploy for the exercise in Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur from 22 September 2023 until 29 September 2023, consisting of 25 personnel from Second Battalion (2Bn) RBLF.
CLOSING CEREMONY AND MALAM AKRAB FOR EXERCISE MALBRU SETIA 15/2023 AND MERTAK BERSATU 13/2023
KOTA BELUD, Saturday, 17 September 2023 – The closing ceremony for Exercise MALBRU SETIA 15/2023 and MERTAK BERSATU 13/2023, involved officers and personnel from B Company, Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF), a combined Mortar Platoon from Infantry Battalions of RBLF and units from 5 Brigade (5 Bgd) Malaysian Army was held at Lapang Sasar Udara Kota Belud (LASARUD 2), Sabah, Malaysia.
ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HELD THE OPENING CEREMONY OF DIKIR MAULUD 1445 HIJRAH
BERAKAS GARRISON, Sunday, 16 September 2023 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) in collaboration with the Religious Directorate Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA’AT) held the opening ceremony of Dikir Maulud in conjunction with the Maulidur Rasul for the year 1445 Hijrah, which was held simultaneously at all suraus within RBLF camps.

CLOSING CEREMONY OF COMBAT MEDIC COURSE SESSION 2023
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 15 September 2023 - The Closing Ceremony of the Medical Combat Course Session 2023 (CMC23) was held at Ibnu Sina Hall, Medical Services Headquarters, Bolkiah Garrison. The 10-week course was held from 10 July 2023 until 15 September 2023 with a total of 30 participants from the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), Royal Brunei Navy, Royal Brunei Air Force, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Special Forces Regiment and external agencies which includes Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and Prison Department.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 14 September 2023 – Brigadier General Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) has made a working visit today to Dental Services RBLF, Berakas Garrison. Also present as part of the entourage were Senior Officers of RBLF and Land Force Sergeant Major.
MEDICAL SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT EXCHANGE (SMEE) IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 29TH COOPERATION AFLOAT READINESS AND TRAINING 2023 (CARAT 29/2023)
BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 13 September 2023 – The Medical Services, Royal Brunei Land Force together with medical personnel from the United States Seventh Fleet, US Navy conducted a two-day Medical Subject Matter Expert Exchange (SMEE) in conjunction with the 29th Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT 29/2023) which took place from 13 September 2023 until 14 September 2023.

OPENING CEREMONY OF EXERCISE MALBRU SETIA 15/2023 AND EXERCISE MERTAK BERSATU 13/2023
KOTA BELUD, Sunday, 10 September 2023 – The Opening Ceremony of Exercise MALBRU SETIA 15/2023 and Exercise MERTAK BERSATU 13/2023 was held today at the Parade Square of the Fifth Malaysian Infantry Brigade (5 Bgd), Headquarters, Kota Belud, Sabah. The exercises were officiated by Brigadier General Mohd Sobirin bin Haji Mohd Yusof, Commander of 5 Bgd. Present on behalf of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) was Lieutenant Colonel Pengiran Baharuddin bin Pengiran Haji Ali, Commanding Officer of Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF). A total of 10 officers and 180 personnel of 2Bn RBLF involved in both exercises from 10th September 2023 until 17th September 2023.
MUSABAQAH TILAWAH AL-QUR’AN IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE 61st ANNIVERSARY
BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 08 September 2023 – The Musabaqah Tilawah Al-Quran organised by Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) in conjunction with the 61st Anniversary of RBLF was held today at the Pahlawan Hall, Berakas Garrison. A total of 14 contestants participated on 30th August 2023 and from that six contestants were advanced to the final.
ROYAL GUARDS REGIMENT RBLF ENLIVENS SURI SERI BEGAWAN RAJA PENGIRAN ANAK DAMIT MOSQUE
MADANG, 07 September 2023 – The Royal Guards Regiment Royal Brunei Land Force (RGdR RBLF) conducted its Community Outreach Programme at the Suri Seri Begawan Raja Pengiran Anak Damit Mosque, Kampong Madang together with the local residents.
