CLOSING CEREMONY FOR COMBAT ENGINEER RECCE SERGEANT COURSE 2018
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday 16 November 2018– The closing ceremony of the Combat Engineer Recce Sergeant Course 2018 took place at Support Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force. The course was held from 3 September 2018 until 16 November 2018.
Present as the guest of honour for the ceremony was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Rony Zai bin Haji Zaini, Commanding Officer of Support Battalion RBLF.
REWARD AND RECOGNITION AWARDS FOR ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES ENGINEERING UNITS 2017/2018
BERAKAS GARISON, Friday 16 November 2018 – The Royal Brunei Armed Forces Engineering Reward and Recognition Awards for Land Engineering Units 2017/2018 Ceremony was held at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garison. It is an annual Land Engineering event which serves to give awards and appreciation for those who have excelled throughout the year and an initiative to encourage others to enhance their productivity, creativity and to be innovative in line with the Royal Brunei Land Force’s progression and development.
OPENING CEREMONY OF 28th ASEAN ARMIES RIFLE MEET (AARM 2018)
TERENDAK KEM, MELAKA, Saturday 17 November 2018 – The opening ceremony of 28th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) took place at the Shooting Range, Terendak Camp, Melaka on 17 November 2018. Colonel Haji Damit bin Haji Bakar, the Deputy Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force represented for the Royal Brunei Land Force at the ceremony.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday 15 November 2018 – A promotion ceremony for Support Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (Sp Bn RBLF) personnel took place at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the Senior Ranks was held at the WO, SSgts and Sgt’s Mess of Training Institute RBAF whereas for Other Ranks was held at the Cookhouse Sp Bn RBLF.
COMPANY ATTACK TRAINING IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 24th EXERCISE COOPERATION AFLOAT READINESS AND TRAINING (24th CARAT)
FIELD FIRING AREA (FFA), PENANJONG GARISSON, THURSDAY 15 November 2018 - B Company, First Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) conducted a Platoon and Company Attacks at the Field Firing Area, Penanjong Garrison as part of the 24th Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Exercise (24th CARAT). The training took place from 12 November to 16 November 2018.

ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE SHOOTING CONTINGENT DEPARTS FOR THE 28th ASEAN ARMIES RIFLE MEET
RIMBA AIRBASE, Friday 09 November 2018 – The Royal Brunei Land Force shooting contingent which consisted of 55 personnel led by Lieutenant Colonel Tamin bin Tuah departed for Malaysia to participate in the 28th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meets (28th AARM).
