CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE 25th COOPERATION AFLOAT READINESS AND TRAINING EXERCISE (25th CARAT EX) LAND PHASE
BENUTAN TUTONG, Thursday, 17 October 2019 – The Closing Ceremony for the 25th Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Exercise 2019 (25th Ex CARAT 2019) for the Land Phase took place at Benutan, Ulu Tutong. A total of 189 personnel were involved in the exercise which comprised of 71 personnel from Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) and 118 personnel from the 11th Marines Expeditionary Unit of The United States Marines Corps.
COMMANDER OF ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE VISITS PRE-ASEAN ARMIES RIFLE MEET (PRE-AARM) 2019
PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday 17 October 2019 - Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Khairul Hamed bin Awang Haji Lampoh, Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) visited the Brunei-Singapore Pre-ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (Pre-AARM) held at Binturan Shooting Range, Penanjong Garrison. The Pre-AARM was held from 11 October 2019 until 17 October 2019.
HANDOVER CEREMONY OF ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE COMBAT BOATS
MUARA, Thursday, 17 October 2019 – A handover ceremony of Combat Boats was held this morning at the Combat Boat Squadron Hangar, Royal Brunei Navy Base. Present as the Guest of Honour for the ceremony was Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, the Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.

BOLKIAH GARRISON, Wednesday, 16 October 2019 – The Medical & Health Services Unit, Combat Service Support, Royal Brunei Land Force (CSS RBLF) conducted the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Course in conjunction with Exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training 2019 (EX CARAT 2019) that was held from 14 October 2019 until 16 October 2019.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Monday, 14 October 2019 - Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Khairul Hamed bin Awang Haji Lampoh, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) received a Farewell Call from Colonel Keosouvanh Phangphilavong, Defence Attaché of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Brunei Darussalam at the RBLF Headquarters, Berakas Garrison.

PUSAT EHSAN AL-AMEERAH AL-HAJJAH MARYAM, Monday 14 October 2019 – First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) conducted a Community Service Program at the Pusat Ehsan Al-Ameerah Al-Hajjah Maryam in conjunction with the 58th anniversary of the Royal Brunei Land Force. LUMUT CAMP, Monday, 14 October 2019 – Non-Commissioned Officers and Senior Ranks of Third Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force conducted a session with the key security agencies such as Royal Brunei Police Force, Fire and Rescue Department and Anti-Corruption Bureau at Lumut Camp.

KUALA LUMPUR, Friday, 11 OCTOBER 2019 – Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Khairul Hamed bin Awang Haji Lampoh, the Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) was inducted as the 12th member of the Malaysian Armed Forces Defence College (MAFDC) Hall of Fame at a ceremony held at Dewan Trisakti MDAFC. The induction was conducted by First Admiral Mohd Fadzli Kamal bin Mohd Mohaldin, the Commandant of MAFDC.

TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 11 October 2019 – A promotion ceremony for Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) personnel took place at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the Senior Ranks was held at the WO, SSgts and Sgt’s Mess of 2Bn RBLF whereas for Other Ranks was held at the Corporal Club 2Bn RBLF.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Wednesday, 09 October 2019- Colonel Azman bin Haji Bangkol, the Chief of Staff Royal Brunei Land Force (COS RBLF) paid a visit to the Binturan Shooting Range in preparation for the upcoming Pre- ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (Pre-AARM) 2019 to be held from 11 October until 18 October 2019 with the Singapore Shooting Contingent of the Singapore Armed Forces.
INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL BRUNEI CONDUCTS STUDY VISIT TO DENTAL SERVICES, COMBAT SERVICE SUPPORT ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 09 October 2019 - Dental Services, Combat Service Support, Royal Brunei Land Force received an educational visit from International School. The visiting group consisted of 84 students from Year 3 and were accompanied by 12 teachers. Upon arrival, they were welcomed by Colonel Dr Jefri bin Hj Abdul Razak. the Chief Dental Officer along with other Dental Services staff.
