DENTAL SERVICES RBLF CELEBRATES 49TH ANNIVERSARY
Berakas Garrison, Friday, 11 June 2021 – Dental Services Royal Brunei Land Force held a Parade and Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony in conjunction with its 49th anniversary at the Dental Services Building in Berakas Garrison.
SECOND BATALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE CONDUCTS EXERCISE PULAU PERMATA II
Tutong, Thursday, 10 June 2021 – Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) carried out an Exercise called Exercise PULAU PERMATA II, supported by Blackhawks and Parachute Airborne Tactical Delivery Unit (PATDU) from the Royal Brunei Airforce (RBAirF), the Combat Engineer Squadron and Combat Boat Squadron of Support Battalion RBLF (Sp Bn RBLF). The exercise took place for a day and the deployment started from Tutong Camp to Berakas Garrison as their Forward Operating Base (FOB).

TUTONG, Thursday, 10 June 2021 – As part of the community outreach programme, Personnel of Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) went to Kampong Benutan Mosque and performed Maghrib & Isya prayers. The event then continued with the recitation of Surah Yaasin & Tahlil with the Imam and Mosque committee members of Kampong Benutan.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Thursday, 10 June 2021- The Department of Economic Planning and Statistics held the Population and Housing Census (BPP) 2021 e-Census Clinic from 09 June until 10 June 2021 at the Berakas Garrison Gym.
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SYARI’AH PENAL CODE BRIEFING FOR COMBAT SERVICE SUPPORT ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PERSONNEL
BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 09 June 2021 – Combat Service Support Royal Brunei Land Force (CSS RBLF) conducted a briefing session on the implementation of the Syari’ah Penal Code held at Dewan Pahlawan, Berakas Garrison. The briefing was presented by Saadatul Nazahah binti Shaifulasyura and Mohd Haziq bin Mamud, Syari’ah Law Officer from Unit Perundangan Islam, Kementerian Hal Ehwal Ugama. A total of 127 CSS RBLF personnel attended the briefing.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 09 June 2021 – Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, the Commander of RBLF received a courtesy call from Lieutenant Colonel Azman bin Haji Peizan, the new outgoing Defence Attaché of Brunei Darussalam to Singapore. The courtesy call was held at RBLF Headquarters, Berakas Garrison.
CHEMICAL BIOLOGICAL RADIOLOGICAL EXPLOSIVE DEFENCE UNIT (CBRE DEF UNIT), SUPPORT BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PARTICIPATED IN THE PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE PHASES FOR RADIOACTIVE SOURCE SEARCH AND RECOVERY VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
PENANJONG GARRISON, 08 June 2021 – The Chemical Biological Radiological and Explosive Defence Unit, Support Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force (CBRE Def Unit, Sp Bn RBLF) participated in a four-day virtual workshop on Preparedness and Response Phases for Radioactive Source Search and Recovery held at CBRE Def Unit Headquarters. The workshop was held from 8 June to 11 June 2021 and was led by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

LUMUT CAMP, Friday 04 June 2021 – In conjunction with its 27th anniversary, Third Battalion of the Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) held Doa Kesyukuran Ceremony at Surau Ar-Rahmah, Lumut Camp.

BRUNEI MUARA, Thursday, 03 June 2021 – Taking a religious approach to community outreach, Personnel of Command & Admin Company, First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) went to Kampong Junjongan Mosque and performed Maghrib & Isya prayers followed by the recitation of Surah Yaasin & Tahlil with the Imam and Mosque committee members of Kampong Junjongan. Present at the ceremony was Officers and personnel of Command & Admin Company, 1Bn RBLF, Imam and Bilal of Kampong Junjongan Mosque as well as residents of Kampong Junjongan.
THE ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE SHOOTING TEAM PARTICIPATED IN BRITISH FORCE BRUNEI OPERATIONAL SHOOTING COMPETITION 2021
SERAMBANGUN RANGE, Wednesday, 03 June 2021 – The Second Battalion of Royal Gurkha Rifles (2RGR) organised the British Force Brunei Operational Shooting Competition (BFB OSC) 2021 at Serambangun Range, participated by the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) Shooting Team took place from 01 June until 04 June 2021.
ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES CO-CHAIRS THE 13TH ASEAN DEFENCE MINISTERS’ MEETING-PLUS EXPERTS’ WORKING GROUP ON MILITARY MEDICINE
BRUNEI MUARA, Wednesday, 02 June 2021 - The 13th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) Experts’ Working Group on Military Medicine (EWG on MM) for the 4th Experts’ Working Group Cycle for 2021-2024 was held virtually at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Jalan Berakas for two days starting from 2 to 3 June 2021.
EXERCISE GALLIPOLI ARROW BETWEEN THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE AND SECOND BATTALION ROYAL GURKHA RIFLES
PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 28 May 2021 – B Company of the Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) together with B Company of the Second Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles (2RGR) has completed Exercise Gallipoli Arrow at the FIBUA Village, Penanjong Garrison. A total of 58 personnel from both companies participated in the two-day exercise that was held from 26 May until 28 May 2021.

BRUNEI MUARA, Thursday, 27 May 2021 – In an effort to enliven the religious activities in Temburong District mosques and suraus, personnel from First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (1Bn RBLF) performed mass Maghrib and Isya’ prayers together with the Imam, Bilal and the local residents at Surau Kampong Piasau – Piasau, Temburong. The event continued with the recitation of Surah Yassin and Tahlil followed by interaction with the congregations. The event then concluded with a group photo.
ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HELD LUNAR ECLIPSE PRAYERS
BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 26 May 2021 – Muslims across the country did not miss the opportunity to perform the lunar eclipse prayers in conjunction with the first total lunar eclipse since the last one was experienced in July 2018. The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) held mass lunar eclipse prayers at the suraus at all RBLF camps to mark the occasion.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Monday, 24 May 2021 – Muslims throughout the country today performed the National Sunat Hajat Prayer and recitation of Doa Qunut Nazilah to seek protection and security for the people and nation of Palestine, held at mosques and suraus nationwide including suraus at all camps of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF).
