PENANJONG GARRISON, Friday, 09 October 2026 – The School of Armour, Combined Arms Training Centre, Royal Brunei Land Forces (CATC RBLF), held a Closing and Badge Presentation Ceremony for the Armour Troop Leader Course 2026, Troop Sergeant Course Series 01/2026 and Basic Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked) (CVR(T)) Course 2026 at the CATC RBLF Parade Square, Penanjong Garrison. A total of 24 personnel from the Armoured Recce Squadron (ARS RBLF) completed the courses, comprising two officers from the Armour Troop Leader Course, 12 NCOs from the Troop Sergeant Course and 10 NCOs from the Basic CVR(T) Course.
The ceremony was officiated by Lieutenant Colonel Kamarul Reza bin Haji Ramli, Acting Commandant of CATC RBLF. The ceremony commenced with the recitation of prayers led by Sergeant Muhammad Fariz bin Zamil, one of the course participants, followed by course remarks delivered by Staff Sergeant Pengiran Saiful Bahrie bin Pengiran Ismail, Training Warrant Officer of the School of Armour, CATC RBLF. The ceremony proceeded with the presentation of certificates, badges and Best Student Awards by the Acting Commandant of CATC RBLF.
Lance Corporal Md Arif @ Md Yussof bin Matasan received the Best Student Award for the Troop Sergeant Course, while Private Muhammad Adi Amerul bin Abd Hamid received the Best Student Award for the Basic CVR(T) Course. The ceremony concluded with closing remarks and the official closing of the courses by the Acting Commandant of CATC RBLF.
The courses aimed to equip ARS RBLF personnel with essential knowledge and practical skills in leadership, administration, vehicle operation and maintenance, CVR(T) weapon systems handling and basic operational tactics, contributing to enhanced operational proficiency and readiness within ARS RBLF.
ANGGOTA SKPP TDDB TAMAT KURSUS KEPAKARAN ARMOR
PENANJONG GARISON, Jumaat, 09 Oktober 2026 – Sekolah Armor, Pusat Latihan Gabungan Tempur, Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (PULGAT TDDB) telah mengadakan Acara Penutup dan Penyampaian Lencana bagi Kursus Ketua Trup Armor Sesi 2026, Kursus Sarjan Trup Siri 01/2026 dan Kursus Asas Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked)(CVR(T)) Sesi 2026 bertempat di Padang Kawad PULGAT TDDB, Penanjong Garison. Seramai 24 anggota Skuadron Kereta Perisai Peninjau (SKPP TDDB) telah menamatkan kursus berkenaan, terdiri daripada dua pegawai bagi Kursus Ketua Trup Armor, 12 Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) bagi Kursus Sarjan Trup dan 10 PTB bagi Kursus Asas CVR(T). Acara tersebut telah disempurnakan oleh Leftenan Kolonel Kamarul Reza bin Haji Ramli, Pemangku Komandan PULGAT TDDB.
Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan doa yang dipimpin oleh Sarjan Muhammad Fariz bin Zamil, salah seorang peserta kursus, diikuti dengan ulasan kursus yang disampaikan oleh Staf Sarjan Pengiran Saiful Bahrie bin Pengiran Ismail, Pegawai Waran Latihan Sekolah Armor, PULGAT TDDB. Acara diteruskan dengan penyampaian sijil, lencana dan Anugerah Penuntut Terbaik oleh Pemangku Komandan PULGAT TDDB.
Anugerah Penuntut Terbaik bagi Kursus Sarjan Trup telah diterima oleh Lans Koperal Md Arif @ Md Yussof bin Matasan, manakala Anugerah Penuntut Terbaik bagi Kursus Asas CVR(T) telah diterima oleh Soldadu Muhammad Adi Amerul bin Abd Hamid. Acara diakhiri dengan ucapan penutup dan penutupan rasmi kursus oleh Pemangku Komandan PULGAT TDDB.
Kursus-kursus berkenaan bertujuan untuk melengkapkan anggota SKPP TDDB dengan pengetahuan dan kemahiran dalam aspek kepimpinan, pentadbiran, pengendalian dan penyelenggaraan kenderaan, pengendalian sistem persenjataan CVR(T) serta taktik asas operasi, sekali gus meningkatkan kecekapan dan kesiapsiagaan operasi anggota SKPP TDDB.
