LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 17 December 2020
– The Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) today, held Azan and Al-Quran Competition 1442H/2020M, organised especially for the children of the army personnel living within the camp. It was held at the Auditorium Hall of the Pipe and Drum Platoon 3Bn RBLF, Lumut Camp.
Present as the guest of honour was Major Nor Saufi @Nikmat bin Ahmad, Officer Commanding Admin Company 3Bn RBLF. Officers of 3Bn RBLF and respective family members was also present to give support during the competition. A total of 22 children has participated in this event; 13 male participants for Azan Competition and 9 female participants for Al-Quran recitation competition. The event started with the Azan competition, followed by Al-Quran recitation competition of the Surah Al-Fil (Juz 30). The event then proceeded with a Tausyeh performance by the 3Bn ‘Ar-Rahmah Tausyeh Group’. The main highlight of the day was the prize and certificates presentation by the guest of honour. The event concluded with the recital of the closing doa by Private Hafizzuddin bin Mohd Zaini.
This event was organised in conjunction with the end of the year school holiday activities which aimed to strengthen ties between family members.
BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI HOS MAJLIS PERTANDINGAN AZAN DAN MEMBACA AL-QURAN
PERKHEMAHAN LUMUT, Khamis, 17 Disember 2020 – Batalion Ketiga Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan satu majlis berkebajikan iaitu Pertandingan Azan dan Membaca Al-Quran (Surah Al-Fil, Juz 30) bagi tahun 1442H/2020M khas bagi anak-anak tentera 3Bn TDDB yang menetap di dalam Perkhemahan Lumut. Majlis ini telah berlangsung di Dewan Auditorium Platun Serunai dan Tambur 3Bn TDDB, Perkhemahan Lumut.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Mejar Nor Saufi @Nikmat bin Ahmad, Pegawai Memerintah Kompeni Pentadbir 3Bn TDDB. Turut hadir untuk memberi sokongan dan galakan bagi anak-anak yang mengikuti pertandingan ini ialah pegawai-pegawai dan ahli keluarga yang terlibat. Seramai 22 peserta yang mengikuti pertandingan tersebut iaitu 13 peserta lelaki mengikuti pertandingan azan dan 9 peserta perempuan bagi pertandingan membaca Al-Quran. Majis dimulakan dengan pertandingan Azan dan diikuti dengan pertandingan membaca Al-Quran iaitu Surah Al-Fil (Juz 30). Majlis diserikan lagi dengan persembahan tausyeh dari kumpulan Ar-Rahmah 3Bn TDDB sebelum penyampaian hadiah dan sijil-sijil dari tetamu kehormat. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan doa penutup yang dibacakan oleh Soldadu Hafizzuddin bin Mohd Zaini.
Majlis ini merupakan salah satu aktiviti sempena cuti persekolahan penggal akhir bagi tahun 2020 yang bertujuan untuk memperkukuhkan lagi institusi kekeluargaan di kalangan anggota 3Bn TDDB.
