LUMUT CAMP, Wednesday, 27 October 2021 – Junior Officers with the rank of Lieutenant from Third Battalion of the Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) organised a leadership talk session with 3Bn RBLF personnel to disseminate what has been delivered in the Leadership Talk session by Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of the RBLF to all RBLF Lieutenants on 25 October 2021. The leadership talk session was held using Video Tele-Conference (VTC).
The aim of the talk is to share and disseminate points regarding leadership to all leadership ranks within 3Bn RBLF. The talk reminded of the importance of having a pure set of thoughts and intentions to improve their leadership, moral courage, the importance of self-reflection and the ability to differentiate between good and bad influence so that leaders can better exemplify their actions.
Other than leadership elements, the 4 Operational Philosophy and RBLF core values of D.I.S.I.P.L.I.N. were also highlighted by the Commander of RBLF to the rest of the leadership ranks as the keys in accomplishing the mission and vision of the RBLF. The talk concluded with a question-and-answer session and recitation of Doa Penutup.
PEMBERIGAAAN LEADERSHIP TALK DI BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN LUMUT, Rabu, 27 Oktober 2021 – Pegawai-pegawai berpangkat Leftenan dari Batalion Ketiga Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan pemberigaan Leadership Talk kepada anggota 3Bn TDDB yang sebelumnya telah disampaikan oleh Brigedier Jeneral Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Pemerintah TDDB pada 25 Oktober 2021 secara dalam Talian.
Taklimat tersebut bertujuan untuk mengongsikan perkara-perkara yang disampaikan daripada sesi perkongsian Leadership Talk Pemerintah TDDB tersebut kepada lapisan peringkat kepimpinan di dalam kompeni-kompeni 3Bn TDDB. Taklimat tersebut mengingatkan kepentingan bagi setiap anggota untuk mempunyai hati dan akal fikiran yang betul bagi meningkatkan kualiti kepimpinan, keberanian moral ataupun moral courage dan kepentingan muhasabah diri dan pandai membezakan antara pengaruh yang baik dan buruk agar anggota-anggota boleh mencontohi perbuatan pemimpin mereka.
Selain perkara-perkara menyentuh kepimpinan, 4 Operational Philosophy dan nilai-nilai asas TDDB iaitu D.I.S.I.P.L.I.N. juga telah ditekankan oleh Pemerintah TDDB kepada lapisan peringkat kepimpinan sebagai kunci mencapai visi dan misi TDDB. Sesi Perkongsian tersebut diakhiri dengan sesi soal jawab dan bacaan Doa Penutup.
