TUTONG CAMP, Wednesday, 30 March 2022 – Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) held a Closing Ceremony for the Battalion Skills At Arms Meet 2022 (BNSAAM) today at Tutong Camp.
Present as the guest of honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Ezan Sazali bin Haji Osman, Commanding Officer of 2Bn RBLF. Also in attendance were officers and personnel of 2Bn RBLF.
A total of 90 personnel consisting of A Company, B Company, C Company, Admin Company and Command Company participated in BNSAAM 2022. The conduct of the competition is in line with the ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet competition format.
The ceremony commenced with the honorary salute led by Lieutenant Muhammad Nur Hafidz Putra bin Manjanai as the Parade Commander, followed by the presentation of medals to the winners for each category consisting of Rifle, Pistol, GPMG, Carbine and Falling Plates Matches. The Guest of Honour also presented medals to the winners of the Novelty Shoot. Admin Company emerged as the overall champion of the competition. The ceremony continued with the official closing speech by the guest of honour and concluded with the recitation of Closing Doa and a group photo.
The aim of such competition is to find new talent to be part of the shooting team to represent the Battalion while improving individual weapon handling and skills.
UPACARA PENUTUP BAGI ACARA BATTALION SKILLS AT ARMS MEET 2022 (BNSAAM 2022) BAGI BATALION KEDUA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN TUTONG, Rabu, 30 Mac 2022 – Batalion Kedua Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei telah mengadakan Majlis Penutup Battalion Skills At Arms Meet 2022 (BNSAAM) pada hari ini bertempat di Perkhemahan Tutong.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Haji Mohammad Ezan Sazali bin Haji Osman, Pegawai Pemerintah 2Bn TDDB. Turut hadir pada majlis tersebut ialah Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota 2Bn TDDB.
Seramai 90 penembak-penembak terdiri daripada Kompeni A, Kompeni B, Kompeni C, Kompeni Pentadbir dan Kompeni Memerintah telah menyertai BNSAAM 2022. Perlawanan ini dijalankan mengikut format perlawanan ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet.
Majlis dimulakan dengan tabik hormat yang diketuai oleh Leftenan Muhammad Nur Hafidz Putra bin Manjanai selaku Ketua Kawalan, diikuti dengan penyampaian hadiah-hadiah kepada pemenang bagi setiap kategori iaitu Perlawanan Rifle, Pistol, GPMG, Carbine dan Falling Plates. Tetamu Kehormat turut menyampaikan hadiah kepada pemenang bagi Novelty Shoot. Kompeni Pentadbir telah muncul sebagai juara keseluruhan bagi pertandingan tersebut. Majlis diteruskan dengan penutupan rasmi oleh tetamu kehormat dan diakhiri dengan bacaan doa penutup dan bergambar ramai.
Pertandingan tersebut diungkayahkan untuk mencari bakat baru yang akan bertanding mewakili batalion di samping menambah baik pengendalian dan kemahiran senjata individu.
