BANGAR CAMP, Tuesday, 28 November 2023 – ‘E’ Company, First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (‘E’ Coy 1Bn RBLF) in collaboration with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Counselling Centre has initiated efforts to enhance collaboration among personnel through teambuilding activities conducted at Bangar Camp, Temburong District. A total of 35 personnel from ‘E’ Coy, 1Bn RBLF took part in the event.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Isewandy bin Murni, Head of RBAF Counselling Centre. Also in attendance were officers and personnel from ‘E’ Coy, 1Bn RBLF and RBAF Counselling Centre.
The activity commenced with the allocation of groups and continued with a briefing session, a warm-up, teambuilding games and concluded with an award presentation to the victorious teams of the teambuilding activities.
This activity serves to create harmony and strengthen cooperation among the team members to work cohesively towards a common goal. It also aims to improve communication, planning skills and motivation among personnel of ‘E’ Coy, 1Bn RBLF.
TEAMBUILDING MEMPERKUKUH SEMANGAT KERJASAMA BERPASUKAN
PERKHEMAHAN BANGAR, Selasa, 28 November 2023 – Kompeni ‘E’ Batalion Pertama Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (Komp ‘E’ 1Bn TDDB) dengan kerjasama Pusat Prihatin Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) telah membuat pendekatan bagi mengukuhkan kerjasama kalangan anggota melalui aktiviti teambuilding yang diadakan di Perkhemahan Bangar, Daerah Temburong. Seramai 35 anggota Komp ‘E’ 1Bn TDDB telah mengambil bahagian dalam acara tersebut.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Isewandy bin Murni, Ketua Pusat Prihatin ABDB. Turut hadir ialah pegawai – pegawai dan anggota Komp ‘E’ 1Bn TDDB dan Pusat Prihatin ABDB.
Aktiviti dimulakan dengan pembahagian kumpulan dan diteruskan dengan sesi taklimat, pemanasan badan, permainan teambuilding sebelum diakhiri dengan penyampaian anugerah kepada kumpulan yang menang dalam aktiviti teambuilding tersebut.
