BRUNEI MUARA, Sunday, 15 October 2023 - The Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) participated in a cooperative campaign in Kampung Menunggol. The campaign is part of RBLF’s Community Outreach under the 30th Executive Development Programme for Senior Government Officials (EDPSGO) organised by the Infaq Ikhlas Community.
The event commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a cleaning campaign held within the vicinity of Kampung Menunggol Jetty, and Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang track with over 100 participants from the Menunggol Village Consultative Council (MPK) and the Alumni of National Service Program (PKBN). Also in participation were the youth associations consisting of Sukarelawan Belia, Green Brunei, WeCare, VFAST Brunei and Council of Social Welfare (MKM).
The project titled “Increasing Activities Related to Economy and Tourism in Kampung Menunggol” was conducted as part of a community service program that aims to enhance the spiritual development and cooperation amongst Royal Brunei Armed Forces personnel as well as to encourage contributing to society with the collaboration with government agencies, private sectors, youth associations, MPK Menunggol and residents of the village.
BATALION KEDUA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI ADAKAN JANGKAUAN MASYARAKAT DI KAMPUNG MENUNGGOL
BRUNEI MUARA, Ahad, 15 Oktober 2023 – Batalion Kedua Tentera Darat Draja Brunei (2Bn TDDB) telah menyertai kempen kooperasi di Kampung Menunggol. Penyertaan TDDB dalam kempen tersebut merupakan sebahagian daripada Program Jangkauan Komuniti TDDB di bawah Program Pembangunan Eksekutif Pegawai Kanan Kerajaan (EDPSGO) ke 30 yang dianjurkan oleh Komuniti Infaq Ikhlas.
Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diteruskan dengan kempen bergotong-royong di kawasan jeti Kampung Menunggol dan sekitar kawasan Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang yang disertai lebih 100 orang termasuk Majlis Perundingan Kampung (MPK) Menunggol dan Persatuan Alumni Program Khidmat Bakti Negara dengan bantuan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Pejabat Daerah Brunei dan Muara. Turut sama menjayakan kempen tersebut ialah persatuan-persatuan belia yang terdiri daripada Sukarelawan Belia, Green Brunei, WeCare, VFAST Brunei dan Majlis Kesejahteraan Masyarakat.
Projek bertajuk “Peningkatan Aktiviti Berkaitan Ekonomi dan Pelancongan di Kampung Menunggol” merupakan sebahagian daripada program khidmat masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kerohanian dan kerjasama di kalangan anggota. Ia juga memupuk semangat untuk menyumbang kepada masyarakat dengan kerjasama beberapa pihak berkepentingan seperti agensi kerajaan, syarikat swasta, persatuan belia, MPK Menunggol serta penduduk kampong berkenaan.
