SUNGAI AKAR CAMP, Tuesday, 20 December 2022 – In conjunction with the end of the year school holiday, Royal Guards Regiment Royal Brunei Land Force (RGdR RBLF) today celebrated a family day with a number of exciting activities such as musical chair, coconut bowling, fishing out tin can and fun fair games installations that was hosted by Corporal Club of RGdR RBLF at Dewan Abdul Kadir, Sungai Akar Camp.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Major Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Commanding Officer of RGdR RBLF. Also present were officers, personnel and family members of RGdR RBLF.
Upon arrival, the Guest of Honour was welcomed by Corporal Md Amedy bin Said, President of Corporal Club of RGdR RBLF. The event commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah and group photo sessions. During the family day, families that attended the event brought home various prizes and gifts they have won through the activities organized.
This end of the year school holiday event encourages families to spend time and strengthen family bonds within the personnel of RGdR RBLF and their family members by doing more productive activities.
HARI KELUARGA REJIMEN PENGAWAL DIRAJA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN SUNGAI AKAR, Selasa, 20 Disember 2022 – Sempena cuti persekolahan penggal akhir bagi tahun 2022, Rejimen Pengawal Diraja Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (RPD TDDB) pada hari ini telah meraikan hari keluarga dengan beberapa aktiviti menarik lagi menghiburkan seperti musical chair, boling kelapa, memancing minuman tin dan permainan fun fair yang telah dikendalikan oleh Kelab Kopral RPD TDDB bertempat di Dewan Abdul Kadir, Perkhemahan Sungai Akar.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Pegawai Pemerintah RPD TDDB. Turut hadir bagi memeriahkan lagi sambutan tersebut ialah pegawai-pegawai dan anggota serta ahli keluarga RPD TDDB.
Sejurus ketibaan, Tetamu Kehormat telah disambut oleh Kopral Md Amedy bin Said, selaku Pengerusi Kelab Kopral RPD TDDB. Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan sesi bergambar ramai. Semasa acara tersebut, ahli keluarga yang hadir telah membawa balik beberapa hadiah istimewa yang dimenangi melalui aktiviti-aktiviti hari keluarga yang dikendalikan.
Acara sempena cuti sekolah ini memberi peluang kepada setiap keluarga yang terlibat untuk meluangkan masa dan mengeratkan lagi hubungan kekeluargaan di antara anggota-anggota RPD TDDB bersama ahli keluarga masing-masing dengan melakukan aktiviti-aktiviti yang lebih produktif.
