SUNGAI AKAR CAMP, Friday, 27 April 2023 – The Royal Guards Regiment Royal Brunei Land Force (RGdR RBLF) organised an Aidilfitri celebration today at RGdR RBLF Cookhouse, Sungai Akar Camp. Present as the Guest of Honour was Major Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Commanding Officer of RGdR RBLF. Also present were officers and personnel of RGdR RBLF as well as their family members.
The event then commenced with the get-together session and a group photo with all RGdR officers, personnel and their family members at their respective booths with a “Vintage Theme” followed by a speech from the Guest of Honour. He highlighted that the purpose of this event was to celebrate Aidilfitri among the officers, personnel and their family members in order to strengthen the relationship of friendship and cooperation among the members of the RGdR RBLF as well as to express gratitude after completing a month of fasting in Ramadhan.
REJIMEN PENGAWAL DIRAJA MENGADAKAN SAMBUTAN HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI
PERKHEMAHAN SUNGAI AKAR, Juma’at, 27 April 2023 – Rejimen Pengawal Diraja Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (RPD TDDB) telah mengadakan Sambutan Hari Raya Aidilfitri bertempat di Rumah Masak RPD TDDB, Perkhemahan Sungai Akar. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Pegawai Pemerintah RPD TDDB. Turut hadir di majlis tersebut ialah pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota RPD TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan sesi ramah mesra dan bergambar ramai bersama warga RPD TDDB beserta ahli keluarga di meja kompeni masing-masing dengan satu tema iaitu “Tema Vintage” diikuti dengan ucapan daripada Tetamu Kehormat di mana beliau menekankan akan kepentingan majlis ini bagi mengeratkan lagi hubungan silaturahim, persahabatan dan jalinan kerjasama dikalangan warga selain menzahirkan rasa kesyukuran setelah berjaya menjalani ibadah puasa selama sebulan di bulan suci Ramadan.
