SUNGAI AKAR CAMP, 23 June 2023, Friday – The closing ceremony for the Basic Introductory Signal Course was held today at the Hulubalang Company Line, Royal Guards Regiment (RGdR), Sungai Akar Camp. A total of 32 RGdR Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) personnel successfully completed this course which took place from 5 June 2023 until 23 June 2023.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Major Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Commanding Officer of RGdR RBLF. Also present were officers of RGdR RBLF and instructors from the Signal Squadron, CSS, RBLF.
The event commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a video showcase of the activities throughout the course and continued with the presentation of certificates to the course participants by the Guest of Honour.
The course aims to educate and train personnel from RGdR in basic signal knowledge and to produce more skilled and competent radio operators in line with RBLF’s objective to establish the Second Signal Squadron in the future.
RPD TDDB MENGADAKAN MAJLIS PENUTUP KURSUS ASAS SEMBOYAN
PERKHEMAHAN SUNGAI AKAR, 23 Jun 2023, Jumaat – Majlis Penutup Kursus Pengenalan Asas Semboyan telah dikendalikan pada hari ini bertempat di Kompeni Hulubalang, Rejimen Pengawal Diraja (RPD), Perkhemahan Sungai Akar. Seramai 32 anggota RPD Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah berjaya menamatkan kursus berkenaan yang berlangsung pada 5 Jun 2023 hingga 23 Jun 2023.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Mejar Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Pegawai Pemerintah RPD TDDB. Turut hadir ialah Pegawai-Pegawai RPD TDDB dan jurulatih-jurulatih dari Skuadron Semboyan, KBK TDDB.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan tayangan video sepanjang kursus dijalankan dan penyampaian sijil yang disempurnakan oleh Tetamu Kehormat kepada semua peserta kursus.
Kursus ini bertujuan untuk mendidik dan melatih anggota RPD TDDB mengenai ilmu asas semboyan dan bagi melahirkan lebih ramai pengendali radio yang berkemahiran dan kompeten sejajar dengan hala tuju TDDB untuk menubuhkan Skuadron Semboyan Kedua di masa hadapan.
