PENANJONG GARRISON, Wednesday, 11 January 2023 – A promotion ceremony for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and NCOs of Support Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (Sp Bn RBLF) personnel took place today at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the SNCOs was held at the Warrant Officers’, Staff Sergeants’ and Sergeants’ Mess Penanjong Garrison, whereas for the NCOs was held at the Sp Bn Cook House.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Rudie Asmawi bin Haji Abidin, Commanding Officer of Sp Bn RBLF. Also present were officers and personnel of Sp Bn RBLF.
A total of 10 SNCOs was promoted to Acting Sergeant. Meanwhile for NCOs, 20 personnel were promoted with one personnel promoted to Substantive Corporal, six personnel promoted to Acting Corporal and 13 personnel promoted to Acting Lance Corporal.
The ceremony commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by presentation of rank insignias by the Guest of Honour. The ceremony concluded with the recitation of Doa Selamat and a group photo session.
MAJLIS PENYAMPAIAN PANGKAT BAGI ANGGOTA BATALION BANTU TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PENANJONG GARISON, Rabu, 11 Januari 2023 – Batalion Bantu Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (Bn Bantu TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Penyampaian Pangkat bagi Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Kanan dan PTB di dua tempat berasingan iaitu bagi PTB Kanan bertempat di Mes Pegawai Waran, Staf Sarjan dan Sarjan Penanjong Garison dan bagi PTB telah dilaksanakan di Rumah Masak Bn Bantu TDDB.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Rudie Asmawi bin Haji Abidin, Pegawai Pemerintah Bn Bantu TDDB. Turut hadir di majlis tersebut ialah,pegawai-pegawai dan anggota Bn Bantu TDDB.
Seramai 10 PTB Kanan telah dinaikkan pangkat ke Pemangku Sarjan. Manakala, seramai 20 PTB juga telah dinaikkan pangkat iaitu seorang anggota ke pangkat Kopral Tetap, enam anggota ke pangkat Pemangku Kopral dan 13 anggota ke pangkat Pemangku Las Kopral.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan sesi penyampaian pangkat yang disempurnakan oleh Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Selamat dan sesi bergambar ramai.
