LUMUT CAMP, Thursday, 16 July 2020 – A promotion ceremony for Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) personnel took place at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) was held at the WO, SSgts and Sgt’s Mess of 3Bn RBLF whereas for Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) was held at the Cook House 3Bn RBLF. Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Commanding Officer of the 3Bn RBLF. Also present at the ceremony were Officers, Senior NCOs and Junior NCOs of 3Bn RBLF.
A total of 11 Senior NCO Personnel was promoted; 02 personnel promoted to Substantive Staff Sergeant; 02 personnel to Substantive Sergeant and 07 personnel promoted to Acting Sergeant. Meanwhile, for the Junior NCO, 24 personnel were promoted; 05 personnel promoted to Substantive Corporal; 06 personnel promoted to Acting Corporal; 05 personnel promoted to Acting Lance Corporal and 08 personnel promoted to Substantive Lance Corporal. These newly promoted personnel are expected to commit and to be accountable in carrying out their duties. They must instill within them that these new appointments come with its own responsibility in line with the purpose of the organization.
The ceremony commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the rank presentation and the recital of doa selamat. The ceremony concluded with a photo session.
MAJLIS KENAIKAN PANGKAT BAGI PTB-PTB KANAN DAN PTB-PTB RENDAH BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN LUMUT, Khamis, 16 Julai 2020 - Batalion Ketiga Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Kenaikan Pangkat di dua tempat berasingan. Majlis kenaikan pangkat bagi PTB-PTB Kanan diadakan di Mes PW, SSjn & Sjn 3Bn TDDB, dan bagi PTB-PTB Rendah diadakan di Dewan Makan 3Bn TDDB. Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat ialah Yang Mulia Leftenan Kolonel Haji Mohammad Alimin bin Haji Subohi, Pegawai Pemerintah Batalion Ketiga TDDB. Turut hadir di majlis tersebut ialah Pegawai-Pegawai, PTB-PTB Kanan dan PTB-PTB Rendah dari 3Bn TDDB.
Jumlah keseluruhan yang menerima pangkat bagi PTB-PTB Kanan adalah seramai 11 anggota iaitu 02 anggota ke pangkat Staf Sarjan Tetap, 02 anggota ke pangkat Sarjan Tetap dan 07 anggota ke pangkat Pemangku Sarjan. Manakala, bagi kenaikan pangkat PTB-PTB Rendah adalah seramai 24 anggota iaitu 05 anggota ke pangkat Koperal tetap, 06 anggota ke pangkat Pemangku Koperal, 05 anggota ke pangkat Lans Koperal Tetap dan 08 anggota ke pangkat Pemangku Lans Koperal. Dengan kenaikan pangkat ini, diharap semua anggota akan lebih komited dan bertanggungjawab dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka. Mereka juga perlu menanamkan dalam diri masing-masing bahawa pelantikan baru yang diperolehi ini perlulah dipikul dengan penuh tanggungjawab selaras dengan tujuan organisasi.
Acara dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, dan diteruskan dengan penyampaian pangkat serta bacaan doa selamat. Acara diakhiri dengan sesi bergambar ramai.
