SUNGAI AKAR CAMP, Monday, 7 August 2023 – Royal Guards Regiment, Royal Brunei Land Force (RGdR RBLF) held a promotion ceremony for Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) of RGdR RBLF that took place today at the Gurkha Reserve Unit (GRU) Cookhouse, Sungai Akar Camp.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Commanding Officer of RGdR RBLF. Also present at the ceremony were officers and personnel of RGdR RBLF.
A total of three personnel were promoted which consisted of one personnel promoted to Substantive Staff Sergeant and two personnel promoted to Acting Staff Sergeant.
The ceremony commenced with the recital of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the rank presentation by the Guest of Honour. The ceremony concluded with the recital of Closing Doa, signing of parchment and a group photo session. The ceremony purposely to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the promoted personnel as well as inspiration to all personnel in RBLF to be more committed and diligent in their respective duties.
MAJILIS KENAIKAN PANGKAT BAGI PEGAWAI TIDAK BERTAULIAH KANAN REJIMEN PENGAWAL DIRAJA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN SUNGAI AKAR, Isnin, 07 Ogos 2023 – Rejimen Pengawal Diraja Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (RPD TDDB) telah mengadakan Majilis Kenaikan Pangkat bagi Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB) Kanan pada hari ini bertempat di Rumah Masak Pasukan Simpanan Gurkha, Perkhemahan Sungai Akar.Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehor
mat ialah Leftenan Kolonel Norranellwi bin Siaran/Searan, Pegawai Pemerintah RPD TDDB. Turut hadir ialah pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota RPD TDDB.
Seramai tiga anggota telah dinaikkan pangkat iaitu seorang anggota dinaikkan ke pangkat Staf Sarjan Tetap dan dua anggota dinaikkan ke pangkat Pemangku Staf Sarjan.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan penyampaian pangkat yang disempurnakan oleh Tetamu Kehormat. Majlis diakhiri dengan bacaan Doa Penutup, penandatanganan lembaran kenangan dan sesi bergambar ramai. Majlis ini bertujuan sebagai penghargaan kepada semua anggota yang dinaikkan pangkat atas usaha gigih yang diberikan serta penyuntik semangat bagi setiap anggota TDDB untuk lebih komited dan tekun dalam melaksanakan tugas masing-masing.
