PENANJONG GARRISON, Wednesday, 19 October 2022 – School of Infantry Royal Brunei Land Force (SOI RBLF) held a Promotion Ceremony for three Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCO) and one Junior Non-Commissioned Officer (JNCO) at two separate venues. The promotion ceremony for the SNCOs was held at the Warrant Officers, Staff Sergeants and Sergeants Mess, Training Institute Royal Brunei Armed Forces whereas for JNCO was held at the SOI RBLF Headquarters.
Present as the guest of honor was Major Faizal Azly bin Haji Rosli, Acting Commanding Officer of the SOI RBLF. Also present at the ceremony were the Officers and SNCOs of SOI RBLF.
For the SNCOs, one personnel were promoted to the rank of Warrant Officer 1 along with the handover of Sam Browne and two personnel were promoted to the rank of Substantive Sergeant. While for the JNCO, one personnel was promoted to Acting Lance Corporal.
The ceremony started with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by the presentation of rank by the Guest of Honor and the recitation of Doa Selamat. The ceremony continued with a group photo session, signing of parchment and ended with a light refreshment.
MAJLIS PENYAMPAIAN PANGKAT BAGI ANGGOTA-ANGGOTA SEKOLAH INFANTRI TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PENANJONG GARISON, Rabu, 19 Oktober 2022 – Sekolah Infantri Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (SI TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Kenaikan Pangkat bagi tiga Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB Kanan) dan satu PTB Rendah di dua tempat berasingan, bertempat di Mes Pegawai Waran, Staf Sarjan dan Sarjan, Institut Latihan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei dan Markas SI TDDB.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat adalah Mejar Faizal Azly bin Haji Rosli, Pemangku Pegawai Pemerintah SI TDDB. Turut hadir di majlis tersebut ialah Pegawai-pegawai dan PTB Kanan SI TDDB.
Bagi PTB Kanan, seramai seorang anggota dinaikkan ke pangkat Pegawai Waran Satu disertakan dengan penyerahan Sam Browne dan dua anggota dinaikkan pangkat ke Sarjan Tetap. Manakala bagi PTB Rendah, seorang anggota dinaikkan pangkat ke Pemangku Las Koperal.
Majlis dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan sesi penyampaian pangkat oleh Tetamu Kehormat dan bacaan Doa Selamat. Majlis seterusnya disambung dengan sesi bergambar ramai, menandatangani lembaran kenangan dan diakhiri dengan jamuan ringan.
