BERAKAS GARRISON, Sunday, 14 March 2021 –Coordination meeting for the preparation of the RBAF BAKTI’s 19TH AGM between RBLF BAKTI was held at Mess Officers Berakas Garrison. Present and Led the meeting was the Head of RBLF BAKTI, Puan Ummisyafinah binti Haji Zaini, Spouse of Commander RBLF. Also present were the Senior Officers RBLF Spouses.
The meeting began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and continued with the speech of the Head of RBLF BAKTI. Also discussed was the new structure of RBLF BAKTI, the current appointment of the committee member and the findings on the previous meeting with the BAKTI President and the Administration of BAKTI Committee Member on the 17th January 2021. Also highlighted in the coordination meeting is the coordination for the preparation of the upcoming event 19th AGM.
The AGM was conducted every 2 years. RBLF BAKTI to conduct the AGM around this April. Therefore, one of the AGM purposes is to reshuffle the committee members amongst the BAKTI RBAF and to discuss the activities amongst the members. Further due, this is to help with the administration and management of BAKTI RBAF.
PERSIAPAN BAGI MESYUARAT AM BAKTI ABDB KALI KE-19
BERAKAS GARISON, Ahad, 14 Mac 2021 – Mesyuarat koordinasi bagi persiapan Mesyuarat Am BAKTI ABDB kali ke 19 bersama Ahli-ahli Jawatankuasa BAKTI TDDB telah diadakan di Mes Pegawai, Berakas Garison. Hadir serta mengetuai mesyuarat adalah Ketua Cawangan TDDB, Puan Ummisyafinah binti Haji Zaini, Isteri kepada Pemerintah TDDB. Turut serta hadir adalah Isteri-Isteri kepada Pegawai-Pegawai Kanan TDDB.
Mesyuarat tersebut dimulakan dengan Bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan Ucapan dari Ketua Cawangan BAKTI TDDB. Antara yang dibincangkan semasa Mesyuarat koordinasi itu adalah Struktur BAKTI TDDB terkini dan lantikan Ahli-Ahli Jawatankuasa BAKTI TDDB terkini serta menyampaikan hasil dapatan dari mesyuarat bersama Yang Di-Pertua BAKTI dan AJK Tadbir BAKTI Pusat yang telah diadakan pada 17hb Januari 2021. Antara yang diketengahkan adalah koordinasi diantara ahli BAKTI TDDB dan persiapan acara Mesyuarat Am kali Ke-19.
Mesyuarat Am ini dikendalikan setiap 2 tahun sekali dan BAKTI TDDB akan mengendalikan Majlis Mesyuarat Am BAKTI ABDB pada bulan April ini. Antara tujuan Mesyuarat Am ini adalah bagi perlantikan baru Ahli-Ahli BAKTI ABDB. Ianya juga akan turut membincangkan mengenai aktiviti-aktiviti dan juga membantu segala pentadbiran dan pengurusan BAKTI ABDB.
