TUTONG CAMP, Monday, 16 October 2023 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) conducted the opening ceremony of Exercise SEMANGAT BERSATU III today held at the Parade Square of Second Battalion RBLF, Tutong Camp. The exercise will be conducted from 16 October 2023 until 26 October 2023.
Present as the Guest of Honour to officiate the opening of the exercise was Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, Field Commander RBLF. The event commenced with the Parade Commander, Major Alimin bin Haji Ahamad reporting to the Guest of Honour, followed by the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah. The ceremony witnessed the presentation of armbands to the operators and umpires of the exercise.
The exercise aims to ensure that RBLF personnel will always be ready and capable of deploying rapidly, integrating combined arms maneuver to the deployed force. In addition, it also aims to enhance interoperability between Land Force components and other components during operation.
UPACARA PEMBUKAAN EKSESAIS SEMANGAT BERSATU III 2023
PERKHEMAHAN TUTONG, Isnin, 16 Oktober 2023 – Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah mengadakan Majlis Perasmian Eksesais SEMANGAT BERSATU III pada hari ini bertempat di Padang Kawad Batalion Kedua, Perkhemahan Tutong. Eksesais tersebut akan berlangsung pada16 Oktober 2023 hingga 26 Oktober 2023.
Hadir selaku Tetamu Kehormat bagi merasmikan eksesais tersebut ialah Leftenan Kolonel Mohammad Fakaruddin Zuraidie bin Haji Ramli, Pemerintah Medan TDDB. Acara dimulakan dengan Ketua Perbarisan, Mejar Alimin bin Haji Ahamad melapor kepada Tetamu Kehormat, diikuti dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah. Acara diteruskan dengan pemasangan toha kepada para pengendali dan wasit eksesais.
Eksesais ini bertujuan untuk memastikan anggota TDDB sentiasa bersedia dan berkeupayaan untuk bergerak pantas, terutamanya bagi menguji unit-unit dalam operasi mengikut prinsip peperangan menggunakan combined arms. Selain itu, ia juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan interoperabiliti dan kerjasama di kalangan komponen Tentera Darat dan komponen luar semasa menjalankan operasi.
