BERAKAS GARRISON, Monday 29 October 2018 – Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Khairul Hamed bin Awang Haji Lampoh, the Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) received a joint call from Colonel (Czi) Widiyanto, outgoing Defence Attachè of the Republic of Indonesia to Brunei Darussalam and Colonel Zaenal Arifin, the incoming Defence Attaché of the Republic of Indonesia to Brunei Darussalam at the RBLF Headquarters, Berakas Garrison.
THIRD BATTALION OF THE ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE PERSONNEL EMBRACES ISLAM
KUALA BELAIT, Friday, 26 October 2018 – A personnel from the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), 52179 Private Mohammad Jamarul Rosaidy bin Jamily from 3rd Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) has converted to Islam in an official ceremony held at the Surau Ar-Rahmah, Lumut Camp.

BANDUNG, INDONESIA, Thursday 25 October 2018 – The 10th Brunei-Indonesia Army Working Group (BRUNESIA AWG) 2018 meeting between Tentara Nasional Indonesia Angkatan Darat (TNI AD) and the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) was successfully held from 23 October 2018 to 26 October 2018 at Bandung, Republic of Indonesia.
ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES CROSS COUNTRY COMPETITION CHAMPIONSHIP 2018/2019
BERAKAS FOREST RESERVE, Thursday 25 October 2018 – The Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Cross Country Competition 2018 was held at Berakas Forest Reserve. More than 200 participants comprised of officers and personnel of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF), Royal Brunei Navy (RBN), Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), Training Institute (TI RBAF), Ministry of Defence and Special Forces Regiment (SFR) participated in the event.
CLOSING CEREMONIES OF EXERCISE MERTAK BERSATU SERIES 11/2018 AND EXERCISE MALBRU SETIA SERIES 14/2018
EAST MALAYSIA, Thursday, 25 October 2018 – The closing ceremony of Exercise Mertak Bersatu series 11/2018 involving the combined participation of Mortar Platoons by three units from RBLF and 3rd Brigade, 5th Brigade and 9th Brigade from the Malaysian Army took place on 24 October 2018 at Lapang Sasar Kota Belud, Sabah.

CAMP SRI MIRI, SARAWAK – Friday 19 October 2018 – The opening ceremony of Exercise MALBRU Setia Siri 14/2018 involving personnel from Company C, Second Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) and 20th Battalion from Royal Malay Regiment (RMR) took place at Parade Square 20 RMR, Sri Miri Camp, Sarawak Malaysia.

PANTAI SERI KENANGAN, Friday 19 Oktober 2018 – The female personnel of Royal Brunei Land Force held a recreational event held at Seri Kenangan Beach, Tutong. The main aim of the annual event is to strengthen the camaraderie amongst the female personnel of Royal Brunei Land Force.

PENANJONG GARISON, Tuesday 16 October 2018 – Support Battalion of the Royal Brunei Land Forces (Sp Bn RBLF) conducted a briefing on adulterated medicines and supplement products for the military personnel of the Sp Bn RBLF at the Cookhouse of Sp Bn RBLF. The speaker of the briefing was from the Department of Pharmaceutical Services, Ministry of Health.

TUTONG CAMP, Monday 15 October 2018 –Second Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force recently received a visit from Warrant Officer 1 Clive Douglas, Sergeant Major New Zealand Army. The visit was part of the Interaction program between the Sergeant Major of RBLF and the Sergeant Major New Zealand Army in conjunction with the Chief of Army New Zealand’s introductory visit to Brunei Darussalam from 13 October 2018 to 16 October 2018.
