11TH BRUNEI-INDONESIA ARMY WORKING GROUP MEETING (BRUNESIA AWG 11/2020)
BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday, 01 December 2020 – The 11th Brunei-Indonesia Army Working Group Meeting (BRUNESIA AWG 11/2020) was held today via video teleconferencing (VTC) between the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) and the Indonesian National Military – Land Force (TNI-AD) at the RBLF Headquarters. The meeting was co-chaired by Lieutenant Colonel Haji Mohammad Shanonnizam bin Sulaiman, Chief of Staff of RBLF and Brigadier General Achmad Budi Handoyo, Deputy of Training Assistant for Foreign Joint Exercise for Army Chief of Staff.
HANDOVER CEREMONY OF THE DEPUTY COMMANDING OFFICER OF THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
LUMUT CAMP, Monday 30 November 2020 – The Handover Ceremony between Major Fakhrul Ammar bin Haji Mohammad Isa, the outgoing Deputy Commanding Officer of Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF), and the incoming Deputy Commanding Officer of 3Bn RBLF, Major Daud bin Etim took place this afternoon at the 3Bn RBLF Headquarters, Lumut Camp.
HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE AND DISASTER RELIEF RESPONSE BY SECOND BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE
TUTONG DISTRICT, Sunday, 29 November 2020 – Second Battalion, Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) assisted in natural disaster relief effort in Tutong District. Heavy rain caused flooding in lowland areas, left several residential areas and main roads inaccessible, particularly in around the areas of Kampung Layong.
THIRD BATTALION ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE INVOLVED IN DOMESTIC NATURAL DISASTER RELIEF EFFORT
KG SUNGAI MAU, Sunday 29 November 2020– Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) was involved in providing assistance to heavily flooded areas such as Bukit Puan, Bukit Sawat as well as Kg Kagu. Relief efforts included providing transportation to the community that was stranded in the area.

BANGAR CAMP, Saturday, 28 November 2020 – E Company First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force assisted in the execution of multi government agencies Humanitarian Assistance Disaster Relief Operation in Kampong Selapon, Temburong District.
CLOSING CEREMONY OF TAHSINUL FIKRAH WORKSHOP SERIES 2020
BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 27 November 2020 – Combat Service Support Royal Brunei Land Force (CSS RBLF) held a closing ceremony of religious workshop on handling of the bodies of the deceased called Tahsinul Fikrah at the Lecture room of Surau Al-Fa’izun, Berakas Garrison.

ROYAL BRUNEI LAND FORCE HOST VIRTUAL 21ST ASEAN CHIEFS OF ARMY MULTILATERAL MEETING (ACAMM)
BERAKAS GARRISON, Tuesday, 24 November 2020 – The Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) hosted the 21st ASEAN Chiefs of Army Multilateral Meeting (ACAMM) chaired by Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of RBLF. The virtual meeting with the theme, “Cohesion and Responsive of ASEAN Armies to Address the Dynamic the Regional Security Challenges following new norms from COVID-19 Pandemic” were participated by all the ASEAN Chiefs of Army. Also joining the meeting were His Excellency U Hthin Lynn, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic Union of Myanmar as well as the Defence Advisers/ Attaches and diplomats represented in Brunei Darussalam.

PULAU BARU-BARU, Thursday, 19 November 2020 – Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Md Yussof, Second Minister of Defence made a working visit to First Battalion Operation Site in Pulau Baru-Baru.

PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 19 November 2020 – The Support Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force received a visit by His Excellency Sheikh Ahmed bin Hashil bin Rashid Al-Maskari, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman to Brunei Darussalam to the unit today at Penanjong Garrison. Present at the visit was Brigadier General Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force.

THE 44TH ANNUAL INDO-PACIFIC ARMY MANAGEMENT SEMINAR (IPAMS)
BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 18 November 2020 –The Royal Brunei Land Force participates in the 44th annual Indo-Pacific Army Management Seminar (IPAMS) hosted by the Philippine Army and U.S. Army Pacific. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic this year’s seminar was conducted virtually. This seminar was attended by Lieutenant Colonel Haji Rony Zai bin Haji Zaini, Head of Army Capability Development Royal Brunei Land Force and Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Roasri Erwan bin Haji Tasrif Commanding Officer of First Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force.
