PENANJONG GARRISON, Thursday, 31 March 2022 – A Leadership Talk session by Warrant Officer 1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh, Land Force Sergeant Major (LFSM) took place at Support Battalion RBLF (Sp Bn RBLF) Cookhouse, Penanjong Garrison.
Present at the talk were the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) of Sp Bn RBLF.
The session began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the leadership talk by LFSM. The talk highlighted the importance of enhancing the leadership of the RBLF’s chain of command and its personnel. During the session, he shared lessons learnt throughout his leadership experiences and reminded on the importance for all personnel to always self-reflect. He also advised personnel to enhance their communication skills and maintain a high standard level of fitness. He further emphasised the level of credibility of the RBLF not only in its role in defending the country but also as a ‘Role Model’ to the surrounding community as well as to remind personnel to instill RBAF’s core values in their daily practice. The session concluded with a Question-and-Answer session and Closing Doa.
SESI PERKONGSIAN CERAMAH KEPIMPINAN BERSAMA SARJAN MEJAR TENTERA DARAT
PENANJONG GARISON, Khamis, 31 Mac 2022 - Satu sesi ceramah kepimpinan yang disampaikan oleh Pegawai Waran 1 Rosleen bin Hj Tujoh, Sarjan Mejar Tentera Darat telah berlangsung di Rumah Masak Batalion Bantu TDDB (Bn Bantu TDDB), Penanjong Garison.
Hadir semasa sesi perkongsian ialah Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah Kanan (PTB Kanan) dan PTB Rendah dari Bn Bantu TDDB.
Sesi tersebut dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan penyampaian ceramah kepimpinan oleh Sarjan Mejar Tentera Darat. Semasa sesi perkongsian tersebut, beliau telah mengongsikan beberapa perkara yang perlu diterapkan dalam diri setiap anggota yang mana penting dalam meningkatkan mutu kepimpinan. Selain itu, beliau turut mengambil kesempatan untuk mengongsikan pengalaman peribadi beliau dan menerangkan beberapa ciri-ciri kepimpinan yang perlu dipertingkatkan seperti kemahiran komunikasi dan juga tahap kecergasan individu. Beliau juga mengongsikan tahap kredibiliti TDDB bukan sahaja berperanan untuk mempertahankan negara tetapi juga adalah sebagai ‘Role Model’ kepada masyarakat sekeliling. Beliau juga menekankan mengenai terapan nilai-nilai teras Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB). Sesi ceramah diakhiri dengan sesi soal jawab dan bacaan Doa Penutup.
