LUMUT CAMP, Wednesday, 01 February 2023 – A Leadership Talk was delivered by Major Erawan bin Haji Abu Bakar, Commanding Officer of Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) for the course participant of Sergeant Leadership and Management Course 2/2022 which took place today at the Warrant Officers’, Staff Sergeants’ & Sergeants’ Mess in Lumut Camp.
Also present during the session were officers, Regiment Sergeant Major of 3Bn RBLF, and the instructors from the Sergeant Leadership and Management Course 2/2022.
The session commenced with the recitation of Surah al-Fatihah, followed by the Leadership Talk where Major Erawan highlighted the importance of enhancing leadership within RBLF’s chain of command. He also shared the lessons learnt through his leadership experiences and addressed the importance for all personnel to always self-reflect. Communication skills, high level of fitness and integrity towards materialising the values of RBLF as well as the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Core Values (RBAF) need to be implemented. The session concluded with a Closing Doa.
SESI LEADERSHIP TALK BERSAMA PEGAWAI PEMERINTAH BATALION KETIGA TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN LUMUT, Rabu, 01 Februari 2023 - Mejar Erawan bin Haji Abu Bakar, Pegawai Pemerintah Batalion Ketiga Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) telah menyampaikan sesi Leadership Talk kepada peserta Kursus Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan Sarjan 2/2022 pada hari ini bertempat di Mes Pegawai Waran, Staf Sarjan & Sarjan Perkhemahan Lumut.
Turut hadir semasa sesi tersebut ialah pegawai-pegawai, Sarjan Mejar Rejimen 3Bn TDDB,dan jurulatih Kursus Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan Sarjan 2/2022.
Sesi taklimat dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah dan diikuti dengan Leadership Talk yang mana beliau menekankan pentingnya sistem kepimpinan mengikut proses yang betul. Beliau juga berkongsi pengalaman dalam menjalankan kepimpinan serta pentingnya untuk selalu mengamalkan muhasabah diri. Di samping itu, kemahiran komunikasi, pengekalan tahap kecergasan yang tinggi dan integriti ke arah merealisasikan nilai-nilai teras TDDB dan Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (ABDB) untuk sentiasa diamalkan dan dipertingkatkan dari masa ke semasa.
