TUTONG CAMP, Friday, 29th March, 2024 – A Leadership Talk was delivered by Lieutenant Colonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Chief of Staff of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) for the course participant of the Leadership and Management Course for Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs) 01/2024 which took place today at Blok Ilmu, Tutong Camp.
Also present during the session were conducting officer of the course, officers, instructors and a total of 80 course participants.
The session commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah led by Lance Corporal Muhammad Azib bin Mohd Ali, followed by the Leadership Talk where Chief of Staff RBLF highlighted the significance of leadership competency and adherence to Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) Core Values. He also encouraged course participants to boost their motivation and find inspiration to instil a sense of responsibility at every level of leadership.
The session aimed to share philosophical insights, experiences and knowledge, focusing on the Leadership Core Values which essential for the implementation of effective leadership.
SESI LEADERSHIP TALK BERSAMA KETUA STAF TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
PERKHEMAHAN TUTONG, Jumaat, 29 Mac 2024 – Leftenan Kolonel Erwan bin Haji Ibrahim, Ketua Staf Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah menyampaikan sesi Leadership Talk kepada peserta Kursus Kepimpinan Pegawai-Pegawai Tidak Bertauliah (PTB-PTB) Siri 01/2024 pada hari ini bertempat di Blok Ilmu, Perkhemahan Tutong.
Turut hadir semasa sesi tersebut ialah pegawai pengendali kursus kepimpinan, pegawai-pegawai, jurulatih-jurulatih dan seramai 80 peserta kursus yang terlibat.
Sesi dimulakan dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah yang diketuai oleh Las Kopral Muhammad Azib bin Mohd Ali, diikuti dengan Leadership Talk yang mana beliau menekankan Leadership Competency dan kepentingan nilai-nilai teras ABDB yang perlu diterapkan oleh setiap anggota tentera. Beliau turut memberikan dorongan serta suntikan semangat kepada para peserta kursus untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan inspirasi agar menanai amanah dengan penuh tanggungjawab di peringkat kepimpinan masing-masing.
Sesi ini merupakan wadah bagi perkongsian ilmu pengetahuan, pengalaman dan perlunya mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai kepimpinan dalam setiap anggota bagi menuju ke arah kecemerlangan kepimpinan yang berkesan.
