BUKIT BATU BUJANG PAHANG, Monday, 12 April 2021 – Second Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (2Bn RBLF) held a handover ceremony to mark the completion of the rehabilitation of Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang Recreational Park under the RBLF charity programme this afternoon.
Present as the guest of honour was Lieutenant Colonel Mohammad Roasri Erwan bin Haji Tasri, Assistant Chief of Staff Operations RBLF. Also in attendance at the ceremony were Yusuf bin Muhammad, Acting Head Village of Kampong Menunggol, Acting Commanding Officer, Officers and personnel of 2Bn RBLF.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah by Lieutenant Muhammad Hidayatullah Sunazul Fikar bin Suip, followed by the welcoming speech from Major Matalisham bin Haji Mahadi, the Chairman of the event. The ceremony continued with the presentation of appreciation plaque from the guest of honour to the Acting Head Village, followed by a briefing of the rehabilitation project before proceeding to Hut number 2 for a group photo and concluded with light refreshments.
The rehabilitation project commenced on 31 March 2021 led by the Assault Pioneer Platoon, the Mortar Platoon and the Special Task Platoon from the 2Bn RBLF. Its main focus was on the repairment of four main huts and area cleaning. This charitable effort is one of RBLF’s social responsibilities in reaching out to the community and ensuring a safe recreational site for the public.
PENYERAHAN PROJEK MEMBAIKPULIH PONDOK-PONDOK TAMAN RIADAH BUKIT BATU BUJANG PAHANG
BUKIT BATU BUJANG PAHANG, Isnin, 12 April 2021 – Batalion Kedua Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (2Bn TDDB) telah mengadakan majlis penyerahan bagi menandakan penamatan kerja-kerja membaikpulih pondok-pondok di Taman Riadah Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang.
Hadir selaku tetamu kehormat bagi acara tersebut ialah Yang Mulia Leftenan Kolonel Roasri Erwan bin Haji Tasrif, Penolong Ketua Staf Gerakan Markas TDDB. Turut hadir bagi acara tersebut adalah Yusuf bin Muhammad, Pemangku Ketua Kampong Menunggol, Pemangku Pegawai Pemerintah, Pegawai-pegawai dan anggota-anggota 2Bn TDDB.
Acara lawatan dimulakan dengan bacaan surah Al-Fatihah yang dipimpin oleh Leftenan Muhammad Hidayatullah Sunazul Fikar bin Suip. Lawatan diteruskan dengan kata alu-aluan yang disampaikan oleh Mejar Matalisham bin Haji Mahadi selaku Pengerusi Majlis. Lawatan diteruskan dengan penyerahan plak penghargaan yang disampaikan oleh tetamu kehormat majlis kepada Pemangku Ketua Kampong Menunggol. Lawatan diteruskan dengan taklimat mengenai projek membaikpulih pondok-pondok Taman Riadah Bukit Batu Bujang Pahang sebelum beredar ke pondok nombor 2 bagi sesi bergambar ramai. Lawatan kemudian di akhiri dengan menikmati jamuan ringan.
