MUKIM MELILAS, Thursday 18 August 2022 - An approach through religious activities in establishing close relations with the local community in Belait District, personnel from B Company, Third Battalion Royal Brunei Land Force (3Bn RBLF) visited the Kampong Melilas Mosque today.
The event commenced with performing Maghrib and Isya’ prayers followed by the recitation of Al-Quran and Surah Yaasin with the Head of the village, Imam, and Mosque committee members of Kampong Melilas and concluded with Doa Selamat.
The event is one of the steps to further strengthen the relationship between the Personnel of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces in general and in particular RBLF with the community. This event also allows personnel of RBLF to foster a stronger relationship with the local residents as well as to enliven the mosques of rural areas.
MENYEMARAKKAN MASJID KAMPONG MELILAS DENGAN AKTIVITI KEAGAMAAN
MUKIM MELILAS, Khamis 18 Ogos 2022 – Pendekatan melalui aktiviti keagamaan dalam menjalin hubungan erat bersama masyarakat tempatan di Daerah Belait, anggota-anggota dari Kompeni B, Batalion Ketiga, Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (3Bn TDDB) telah berkunjung ke Masjid Kampung Melilas, pada hari ini.
Acara dimulakan dengan menunaikan Solat Fardhu Maghrib dan Isya’ berjemaah, membaca Al-Quran dan Surah Yaasin bersama Imam, Ketua Kampong dan Ahli Jawatankuasa Takmir Masjid Kampung Melilas dan diakhiri dengan Doa Selamat.
Acara tersebut adalah salah satu langkah bagi mengeratkan silaturahin diantara warga penduduk Kampung Melilas bersama warga Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei secara am dan TDDB khasnya. Acara ini juga memberikan peluang kepada Anggota TDDB untuk mengukuhkan hubungan ukhuwah bersama penduduk-penduduk kampung di samping menyemarakkan lagi masjid-masjid dan balai ibadah di kawasan perkampungan.
