TEMBURONG, Thursday, 21 December 2023 – As part of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) continues efforts to promote community engagement with the residents of rural area, personnel from E Company First Battalion (E Coy 1Bn) RBLF led by Lieutenant Abdul Wafi bin Haji Zaidin had visited and enlivened the Balai Ibadat Kampung Sibut at Temburong District with religious activities along with the local residents.
Also present were the mosque committee members and Imam Khirolrizan bin Ibrahim of Kampung Sibut Mosque who led the congregation in Fardhu Maghrib and Isyak prayers and the recital of Surah Yassin.
This community engagement and interaction with the local residents is hoped to strengthen the bonds between the community of Temburong District with personnel of E Coy 1Bn RBLF as well as to enliven the mosques and surau of rural areas within Temburong District.
MENYEMARAKKAN BALAI IBADAT KAMPUNG SIBUT DENGAN AKTIVITI KEAGAMAAN
TEMBURONG, Khamis, 21 Disember 2023 – Sebagai usaha berterusan dalam memperkukuhkan kerjasama di antara Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) dan penduduk Daerah Temburong, anggota dari Kompeni E Batalion Pertama (Komp E 1Bn) TDDB yang diketuai oleh Leftenan Abdul Wafi bin Haji Zaidin telah berkunjung ke Balai Ibadat Kampung Sibut dengan mengadakan aktiviti keugamaan bersama-sama dengan penduduk kampung tersebut.
Turut hadir ialah ahli jawatankuasa masjid dan Imam Khirolrizan bin Ibrahim yang telah mengimamkan sembahyang Fardhu Maghrib dan Isya’ berjemaah serta mengetuai bacaan Surah Yassin.
Melalui aktiviti seumpama ini ia memberi peluang anggota Komp E 1Bn TDDB untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat di Daerah Temburong bagi mengeratkan hubungan silaturahim di samping menghidupkan lagi suasana masjid terutama sekali di kawasan pedalaman Daerah Temburong.
