BOLKIAH GARRISON, Friday, 13 October 2023 – Dental Services Headquarters, Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) conducted a central briefing for all its personnel on the newly issued Formation Orders at the Ibnu Sina Lecture Hall, Medical and Health Services Headquarters, Bolkiah Garrison. The briefing was attended by 116 officers and personnel from Dental Services RBLF, comprising of military personnel, civilian staff, Technician Equipment Maintenance Division Engineers and Reservists from the Royal Brunei Malay Reserve Regiment.
The briefing commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a brief introducing the recently approved establishment expansion and organisational restructuring, which was announced on 4 November 2022, effectively increasing the unit’s manpower from 55 to 106 personnel. The contents of the recently-issued Formation Orders associated with the expansion and restructuring were also shared. The second part of the briefing outlined the responsibilities and job descriptions of all the new and existing posts according to the updated Terms of Reference (TOR). Both briefings were delivered by Colonel (Dr) Jefri bin Haji Abdul Razak, Chief Dental Services RBLF. The briefing concluded with a question-and-answer forum with the Chief Dental Services, Deputy Chief Dental Services (Clinical) and Deputy Chief Dental Services (Support).
Dental Services RBLF aspires that the new establishment and organisational restructuring will significantly advance its ability towards achieving its vision and mission as per the Dental Services Strategic Plan 2022.
TAKLIMAT PERINTAH PENSTRUKTURAN BARU KHIDMAT PERGIGIAN TENTERA DARAT DIRAJA BRUNEI
BOLKIAH GARISON, Jumaat, 13 Oktober 2023 – Markas Khidmat Pergigian Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah mengadakan taklimat Perintah Penstukturan Baru bagi ahli Khidmat Pergigian TDDB bertempat di Dewan Ibnu Sina, Markas Khidmat Perubatan dan Kesihatan, Bolkiah Garison. Seramai 116 pegawai dan anggota menghadiri taklimat tersebut termasuk anggota tentera, awam, jurutera Technician Equipment Maintenance Division dan Askar Simpan Melayu Diraja Brunei yang bertugas di bawah Khidmat Pergigian TDDB.
Taklimat tersebut bermula dengan bacaan Surah Al-Fatihah, diikuti dengan taklimat pertama menerangkan mengenai kelulusan penambahan perjawatan dan struktur organisasi baru yang diumumkan pada 4 November 2022 yang mana siri perjawatan bertambah dari 55 ke 106 anggota tentera. Perintah Penstrukturan (Formation Orders) berkenaan dan pengisian perjawatan baru turut dikongsikan. Taklimat kedua menghuraikan tugas dan tanggungjawab bagi setiap perjawatan anggota pergigian mengikut Terms of Reference (TOR) yang telah dikemaskinikan mengikut siri perjawatan yang baru. Taklimat – taklimat tersebut disampaikan oleh Kolonel (Dr) Jefri bin Haji Abdul Razak, Ketua Khidmat Pergigian. Taklimat diakhiri dengan sesi soal jawap bersama Ketua Khidmat Pergigian, Timbalan KKP (Klinikal) dan Timbalan KKP (Bantu).
Melalui perjawatan dan penstrukturan baru ini, ia akan membantu Khidmat Pergigian TDDB mencapai visi dan misinya dengan lebih berkesan seperti yang terkandung dalam Pelan Strategik Khidmat Pergigian 2022.
