BOLKIAH GARISON, Monday, 30 December 2019 –Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Khairul Hamed bin Awang Haji Lampoh, Commander of the Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) had a working visit to Logistic Depot, CSS, RBLF. The visit was welcomed by Lt Col Azhar bin Hj Matzan, Commanding Officer of Logistic Depot. The visit began with the signing of parchment followed with slide presentation by the Commanding Officer of Logistic Depot on Audit Findings in Logistic Depot in the meeting room.
Commander RBLF then began his tour at the Support Unit and continue to the main store that includes Receipt Bay, Stationeries Store, Clothing Store, Accommodation Store and Expendables Store according to their respective Zones. The Commander of RBLF gets to inspect obsolete items as well as the condition of the main store building of Logistic Depot.
The visit continues to the Return Store Sub Depot (RSSD) followed by Ration Store and finally ends at Furniture Store to see the Asean Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) equipment and fittings.
Commander RBLF continue the visit to Bolkiah Workshop, Land Engineering, CSS, RBLF. The visit was welcomed by Major Muhammad Shahrimi bin Ahmad, Acting Officer Commanding, Bolkiah Workshop. The tour began with a display of the Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Bolkiah Workshop unit.
Commander RBLF then made a visit to the Armament Section to look at the maintenance and repair for weapons and instruments. Commander RBLF then went on to visit the Electronic Section and was briefed on the duties and responsibilities of the Electronic Section. The tour concludes with a visit to the Automotive Section to see the maintenance and repair for the vehicles.
Commander RBLF continued his work visit to Bolkiah Garrison Medical Complex where he was welcomed by Acting Chief Medical Officer, Lt Col Dr Hj Azlan bin Hj Suhailee. The visited areas were The Environmental Health Unit, the Isolation Unit, Medical Services Headquarters and Training Wing. A short demonstration of medics treating soldiers in a battlefield were prepared for the visit at the Field Simulation Room.
The purpose of the visit is to evaluate the effectiveness, readiness and preparedness of the Bolkiah Workshop and Medical Complex in performing their roles and duties and responsibilities entrusted professionally and effectively. The visit ended with a light refreshments and signing of parchment.
LAWATAN KERJA PEMERINTAH TDDB KE ELEMEN-ELEMEN KHIDMAT BANTUAN KOMBAT TDDB
BOLKIAH GARISON, Isnin, 30 Disember 2019 – Yang Mulia Brigedier Jeneral Dato Seri Pahlawan Awang Khairul Hamed bin Awang Haji Lampoh, Pemerintah Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah membuat lawatan kerja ke Depoh Logistik, Khidmat Bantuan Kombat TDDB dan disambut oleh Yang Mulia Lt Kol Azhar bin Hj Matzan, Pegawai Pemerintah Depoh Logistik, KBK TDDB.
Lawatan kerja bermula dengan menandatangani lembaran kenangan kemudian diikuti dengan taklimat ringkas mengenai Penemuan Audit Depoh Logistik di Bilik Mesyuarat Depoh Logistik, KBK TDDB.
Pemerintah TDDB telah dibawa melawat di kawasan kerja Unit Bantu dan diikuti dengan lawatan ke Stor Utama yang dimulakan dari Kaunter Penerimaan, Stor Alat Tulis, Stor Pakaian, Stor Alat-Alat Penginapan, Stor Peralatan Pakai Buang. Pemerintah TDDB kemudian membuat pemeriksaan terhadap kelengkapan yang usang dan bangunan-bangunan Stor di Depoh Logistik.
Lawatan kerja diteruskan ke bahagian penghapusan, Stor Rangsum Bungkus dan Stor Perabot bagi melihat kelengkapan-kelengkapan
Asean Armies Rifle Meet (AARM).
Lawatan berikutnya adalah ke Bolkiah Woksyop, Kejuruteraan Darat, KBK TDDB. Kunjungan lawatan Pemerintah TDDB disambut oleh Yang Mulia Mejar Muhammad Shahrimi bin Ahmad, Pemangku Pegawai Memerintah Bolkiah Woksyop. Aturcara lawatan bermula dengan penerangan
Standing Operating Procedures (SOPs) bagi unit Bolkiah Woksyop.
Pemerintah TDDB seterusnya membuat lawatan ke Seksyen Armamen bagi melihat pembaikan senjata dan instrument dan lawatan ke Seksyen Elektronik. Semasa lawatan tersebut, Pemerintah TDDB diberi penerangan ringkas akan tugas dan tanggungjawab Seksyen Elektronik. Lawatan tersebut diakhiri dengan lawatan ke Seksyen Otomotif bagi melihat pemeliharaan dan pembaikan kenderaan.
Pemerintah TDDB meneruskan lagi lawatan kerja ke Kompleks Perubatan Bolkiah Garison dimana beliau disambut oleh Pemangku Ketua Pegawai Perubatan, Yang Mulia Lt Kol Dr Hj Azlan bin Hj Suhailee. Tempat yang dilawati di kompleks tersebut ialah Unit Kesihatan Alam Sekitar Bolkiah Garison, Unit Pengasingan (Isolation Unit), Pejabat Markas Khidmat Perubatan & Kesihatan dan Cawangan Latihan Perubatan. Pemerintah TDDB sempat menyaksikan demonstrasi merawat pesakit di suasana peperangan di Bilik Simulasi Medan oleh jurulatih anggota perubatan.
Adapun matlamat atau tujuan lawatan kerja ini ialah untuk mengukur (evaluate) dan menilai (asses) tahap keberkesanan, kesediaan dan kesiapsiagaan (effectiveness, readiness and preparedness) unit Bolkiah Woksyop dan Kompleks Perubatan dalam melaksanakan peranan, tugas dan tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan secara profesional dan berkesan. Lawatan kerja tersebut diakhiri dengan menandatangani lembaran kenangan dan menikmati jamuan sebelum meninggalkan kawasan Komplex Perubatan Bolkiah Garison.
