BERAKAS GARRISON, Wednesday, 7 December 2022 – Brigadier General Dato Seri Pahlawan Saifulrizal bin Abdul Latif, Commander of Royal Brunei Land Force (RBLF) received an introductory call from Colonel Sedat Ozturk, Military Attache of the Republic of Turkey accredited to Brunei Darussalam today at the RBLF Headquarters.
During the call, Commander of RBLF expressed his pleasure in meeting Colonel Sedat and look forward to any initiatives and interactions between RBLF and the Turkish Army. The Commander of RBLF also conveyed his appreciation for the long-standing bilateral relations between Brunei Darussalam and the Republic of Turkey, which both sides look forward to opportunities to further strengthen bilateral relations through visits, exhibition, courses and training as well as other information-sharing platforms.
Colonel Sedat was appointed as Military Attache of the Republic of Turkey accredited to Brunei Darussalam on 19 September 2020. He will be in Brunei Darussalam from 6 until 8 December 2022.

BERAKAS GARISON, Rabu, 7 Disember 2022 – Brigedier Jeneral Dato Seri Pahlawan Saifulrizal bin Abdul Latif, Pemerintah Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB) telah menerima kunjungan pengenalan daripada Kolonel Sedat Ozturk, Atase Pertahanan Republik Turki yang diakreditasikan ke Negara Brunei Darussalam pada hari ini bertempat di Markas TDDB.
Semasa perjumpaan tersebut, Pemerintah TDDB menzahirkan rasa sukacita bertemu dengan Kolonel Sedat dan berharap akan dapat meningkatkan inisiatif dan interaksi di antara TDDB dan Tentera Turki pada masa akan datang. Belaiu turut merakamkan penghargaan atas hubungan dua hala yang telah terjalin sekian lama antara Negara Brunei Darussalam dan Republik Turki yang mana kedua pihak juga berharap untuk lebih mengukuhkan hubungan dua hala melalui lawatan, persidangan, kursus, latihan termasuk platform perkongsian maklumat yang lain.
Kolonel Sedat telah dilantik sebagai Atase Pertahanan Republik Turki yang diakreditasikan ke Negara Brunei Darussalam pada 19 September 2020 dan akan berada di Negara Brunei Darussalam bermula 6 hingga 8 Disember 2022.
